my wife and I were looking for an MDX, had been looking several weeks, when we recently stopped by Jerry Hunt Auto...we were assigned to salesman, Axel Camargo, who was friendly, polite, helpful, and knowledgeable about the car we desired. He found nothing that day, suggested close alternatives,etc. but we chose to wait. Axel continued the hunt for what we wanted, which showed up on Cars.com and was at Jerry Hunt's. Alex was called by us, showed us that car, not pushy, though, and we made the purchase. He followed up with us a few days later, which was nice of him. Eduardo is the best service writer. I came in for a recall repair and maintenance. It was a very good experience and felt like it was a very welcoming atmosphere. They even have a nice little shop to get some food while you wait. Thank you I will be back!

My experience at this dealership was seamless. Daniel made sure I was well taken care of. The car that I originally wanted had been sold, but Daniel is such an amazing salesman, that he sent me alternative cars right after our initial phone call. This dealership doesn’t negotiate price. I randomly walked in one day and Michel helped me out, he sent me different car options over a few days and ultimately helped me purchase a great car. It was a quick and easy process which I appreciated and also a no pressure environment which was nice.

Normal car sales rope them in then bring out the sales manager. Normal buying experience which to this day I hate!! The following rating are not correct but filled so the survey could be submitted.

The representative was great,but the service was very poor.. they promised to call me when my vehicle was ready but they never did. I had to go to the dealership and ask about and they said it's been ready. But no one called or answer the phone.

I found the listing on cars.com, as I’m from Tucson AZ, and Jim made the car buying easy regardless of the hundreds of miles in between. I had to have this specific car as it was in better shape than most in my area, and they didn’t come close to “taking advantage” of how much I wanted this car. Even delivered the car to me in Arizona HIMSELF. They did not hassle me with extras, gave me an EXTREMELY fair price on a rare Evo that was just as nice in person as in pictures. I can not thank Jim enough for all the hard work and A customer service experience. Very down to earth, completely straight forward, and puts the customer first.. What more can you ask for from a salesman, when making such a big purchase?!
