I found a Lexus ES350 I was interested in purchasing online and contacted the dealership, where I was connected with Dave. Dave was absolutely amazing to work with over the phone and through email. He gave me an honest assessment of the vehicle I was interested in and provided all the information necessary to begin the buying process. Everything was completed over the phone, as I was coming in from out of town to pick up the vehicle. When I arrived, Dave had arranged for a colleague to meet me since it was his day off?and the professionalism did not stop there. After a quick test drive and a short visit to the finance office, I was on the road heading back home.
