My sales man was Sam, he was respectable, honest, and overall pleasant to be around. He showed integrity, I didn't feel as if he was trying to Hagel and play trickery games in order to get a sale. I bought this car new in October 2013. It was by far the best car I ever owned. It was my fourth Lexus. But the best. Unfortunately a guy ran a stop sign in July and totaled the car. No injuries. 57500 miles. I am now driving a RX350 it is good but not an LS.

Overall, I love this car. However, I have yet to figure out how the intermittent wipers work. Why did they put a cheesy clock that doesn't work in such an other wise fine car?

I purchased the car new in 2013 and it was the best choice i could have made. I have had no problems, just new tires and and a battery. I did all of my service checks when needed and had no problems. I’m sorry that they no longer make this car.

Dylan was my salesman. He is the best. Dylan knew i covid-19 and he called everyday, even when i was at the hospital he still checked up on me. He helped me with all my paperwork that needed to be done. He made me feel great whit the whole deal he treated me like family. When I came home from the hospital he had his crew deliver me some dinner. They delivered a pizza and a 12 pack of sodas. Dylan is the best sales person I have ever met in my life. He treated me like i was royalty, he should be named salesperson of the year for Virginia. I will send a lot of people to buy an automobile from dylan. Dylan worked with you good credit bad credit, he went above and beyond to help me with my vehicle. Dylan got me the best deal possible and bumper to bumper warranty, he still calls even though I finished because of my covid-19. Dylan is a good person, great salesman, and a great man. Just a spectacular vehicle. Quiet, comfortable, a joy to drive. While I am not knocking American auto workers, I like the fact this one is only made in Japan, I think their reliability is even better. Whenever I get in another car, it's ride pales in comparison to my LS460L.

Very Luxurious Car inside and out, super reliable, never had any issues, drove the S500 and BMW 7 series before buying and liked this much better. Bought it used but it felt brand new. It is the best value luxury car available. Really amazing on long road trips or when you are in the car all day, it is like driving around in a recliner or a living room couch.

Every time I read accounts of MBS550 owners crying over maintenance expenses, I have to chuckle. For a pure luxury blue blood, pay $30-50k less for an LS and enjoy the ride.

I bought a salvage LEXUS LS 460 AWD 2013 in the late 2021 from USA to Bulgaria. It costed me altogether 15000$ for buying, transport, taxes, repair and registration. The car was possibly not used for a year, because there was a severe engine roar. After changing oils, filters, ect. and driving it for a year, the noise gradualy decreased and the power increased. Now it runs very smooth and on a "Sport" regimen it is like a beast. I preowned Honda Legend 9, but the Lexus is uncomparably superb. It is mighty, long lasting, with it's full atmospheric engine - no turbo, bi-turbo - something imposible with recent cars. Fantastic car! Have one and enjoy driving!

So I bought a low mileage 2013 car from Nine Stars Auto group from far, far away from Virginia. Kamran was a great sales person and kept me informed throughout the process. I hired a company called Pomcar to perform an inspection, which was excellent, by the way, and I would highly recommend them as well. They sent pictures of the car, tires, brakes, etc, and test drove the car. The only problem they found was a small crack on the front spoiler. I figured "heck, the car is 12 years old and if that's the only problem, that's no big deal" and planned to just have it repaired when it arrived. After the Pomcar inspection, I made a small down payment with a credit card, and Kamran sent the paperwork to be signed and arranged for transport at a very reasonable cost. As soon as the paperwork was complete, they shipped the car which arrived the next day. When I was inspecting the car after transport, I looked for the crack in the spoiler...but I couldn't find it. It was dark at the time, so I figured I just was missing it. The next day, I still couldn't find it. I texted Kamran, and asked it they had fixed it...and they HAD! I didn't ask for them to repair it or expect them to...that is ABOVE AND BEYOND! In addition, HE NOTICED the check I sent was $500 too much (I didn't take the credit card down payment into account) and refunded the difference. Again, I didn't ask for that! Sadly, you don't always get that kind of integrity from car salesmen nowadays. So I put these guys at the top of my list and would definitely use them again! Everything was super smooth and they proved themselves trustworthy and went above and beyond my expectations! Thank you Kamran!

I have a 2007 Lexus ls460 didn’t really have a problem with it just the torque converter In transmission. I had the extra $ so I had my mechanic rebuild the whole transmission and put new torque converters he did my engine seals starter and other things while he had transmission out

And apparently, the first owner went for all the options because I regularly discover a feature I hadn't seen before. But the obvious soft, self-closing doors is a great one. Creature comforts galore. The ride? Quiet. Cloudlike, indeed. The eight-cyclinder engine loves gas, and that is a tradeoff in this era of high gas prices, but I love this car anyway. It is more than just transportation. It's an experience. My elderly pop had been in all kinds of luxury vehicles before I took him for a few rides in the ls460. He volunteered that it was the best car he'd ever been in. Now I can tell you that it is 2008 model. It was way ahead of its time.

I recently bought a 2007 Lexas LS 470 and so far I love it. I would not recommend it for a bigger person as its hard for me to get comfortably in and out. It rides amazing and seems to have been well taken care of, it almost feels like a new engine, very quick and powerful, feels like it has a turbo, with no lag in response. The only real thing i don't like about it is its hard for me to get into and out of and it requires premium gas. I also think look wise they are absolutely beautiful cars. Im not sure how long I'll keep it as I don't keep cars very long.
