I leased a new Lexus GS350 F Sport yesterday. Trini, Eddie, and the team made the car leasing process smooth and easy. They were transparent with the pricing. I bought myself the Genesis GV70 2022, from Braman Hyundai found it on CarGurus. My 1st salesman ended up being Guillermo and he treated me very well originally. The next few phone calls after my purchase I notice his attitude changed but never the less I brushed it off. When I had to return a few days later I called 1st, same dismissive attitude & once I reached there I brought it his attention. He apologized but again twice after that on a phone call he was very dismissive. Rush to tell me he has to take a call & he call me back and hung up. Never heard back and this was the second time he’s done that. Funny we seemed like we clicked prior to me purchasing my vehicle. Love my car but rather someone else got the commission!!

There’s a few things about this car that I don’t like first I wish I would’ve had the option for a six-cylinder. The car is a little too noisy. I wish they would do away with that car stop at a light or stop saying. Third, I wish they would seal the door a little better at the bottom. All sorts of debris gets in on all doors. Other than that the car is OK. and I’m still waiting for my extra key fob.

I have been buying from Lt. Dan for more than 10 years. Just bought my 4th Chrysler. Even though I live 250 miles away, I wouldn't go elsewhere I always get great service from Dan Welsh and his sales associates, finance managers, and the best service department

Once you test drive it nx250 you will fall in love with it and buy it love the seat the radio outstanding just talk to the car and it does everything for you

This car is my third Lexus NX, so it's obvious I love the NX's. This car shifts easily, highway noise is minimal depending on the road surfacing, workmanship is perfect and the salesman was super in finding the right car for me with the options I wanted. Lexus cars and dealerships are the best; p.s. my husband has an RX.

Luis was great to work with. Since the car was ordered and not on the lot he kept me informed of the progress until the car arrived. The actual time at the dealership was painful. Shuffled back and forth among several people in multiple buildings. Finance had the wrong paperwork and insurance did not know how to deal with a trust .
