The service performed on my car was perfect. My experience with Clayton was not. When I pulled in he said I'm sending you a text message so you have my number. Feel free to text me with questions. I texted asking for a status update and got no response. After the service I texted asking if he could make a correction to the invoice and their internal system (theyy have an incorrect email address) and got no response. Had I not gone outside to look, I don't know how much time I would have sat there after my car was ready to go. And, they still have an incorrect email for me. Very frustrating experience.

I bought a used 2018 NX 300 and I love it. The only drawback is the gas mileage is not good. Overall it’s a classy vehicle.

Overall customer relationship skills were excellent. I Bought a used car that was not ready to go when I flew in to pick it up because of a poor inspection. They worked hard get it right. But, it took awhile.

I have enjoyed owning this car. It is reliable, aestically pleasing to the eye, gets great gas mileage, and has the right amount of space for my needs.

I was in need of a new car . The one i had was bought in 2005 but the year of the car is 2001. I wanted something a bit newer and affordable. I didn't catch the guy's name since my dad was the one who dealt with him first. No pressure at all. He was very helpful. I test drove the car and loved how it drove along with it's a big upgrade to what i had. So decided to buy it. I bought a 2012 Infiniti G25x, leather seats, AWD. front seat heaters, sun roof, backup camera, defrost on the side mirrors and it's a V6. I love it. I highly recommend buying a car here.

We’ve owned Lexus cars for the past almost three decades, between ES, LS, RX Andrew note that we moved to the city wanted a smaller SUV. So we opted for this NX300. Meets expectations. It doesn’t have the comfortable plush ride like my LS460, but it’s almost as good a ride as my last three RX350’s in a smaller size. It’s very comfortable for the size and hugs the road well. It’s reasonably quiet for the size.

The color combination is what I was looking for and this vehicle is fully loaded with the latest safety/technology features. Smooth ride, great sounding radio, quiet cabin, pre-collision system, lane departure alert with steering assist, heated steering wheel, windshield wiper de-icer, voice command. With lights set to automatic the high beam headlamps go on at night and off automatically when they sense a headlight coming toward me.

Bought my vehicle from Golden, CO Carmax and didn't have any support for mechanical issues. Still purchased the vehicle because it is what I wanted. Ashley from sales in Golden was the worst! I ended up closing the deal with Cora who was amazing and clearly the exception to the rule in Golden. When I told Ashley there were issues with the brakes she was rude and didn't take me seriously. I ended up working with the Federal Heights dealership on repairs. Debbie in the service department took this on and was soooo amazing! She took care of everything and I am so greatful! The technican at this location was amazing as well (I forget his name unfortunately)! It is really a shame that I had to go to another location to get service, but I am so glad that I did. I love my new truck. Great leg room. I have to get use to the size because I drove an is300 an i sat down low now I'm up high. Plus I was use to zipping in an out. I am not sure of how much space i have now. Minor adjustment

I had my best buying experience at McDonald. Ryland is a genuine and respectful young man. When he was unsure of the answer to any of my questions, he sought out the correct answer instead of guessing. Adam came out while Ryland was moving cars, also very nice and genuine. Ian in finance was wonderful to work with, as well. Who loves that part? I felt at ease and he worked with me to get the peace of mind I was looking for. Ryland went over the features with me (even though it was a used car) before I drive away. Since then, he has helped me figure out how to work some features and checked in to make sure everything is going well. Well worth the drive up from the Springs!!
