The staff at Gulliver's was mostly professional and made the process fast and easy. The only person who could be a bit more professional is the finance guy, he’s just a little rough around the edges. Overall I would recommend.

Initial contact and purchasing were good but when to go pick up the car, salesman trying to pressure to buy additional warranty, and it took over an hour to receive the car.

I bought a used 2018 NX 300 and I love it. The only drawback is the gas mileage is not good. Overall it’s a classy vehicle.

Nice facilities and friendly staff. The only thing that was annoying was the wait once the deal was agreed upon. I informed the salesman that we were paying by check so no financing and was not interested in any extended warranties or after market items. I told him we would go to lunch and come back and he assured me that the process would be complete in 1 hour. We sat there for 2.5 hours because the 'finance person' was backed up. It would have been simple to just let us leave but I realize that car dealerships don't want you to leave once they have you there. Times are changing and I think you need to change your mindset. We purchased both a Lexus and an Audi vehicle for my wife and both were done within 30 mins. The sales person at each dealership did the paperwork right there on their computer. No finance and no pressure to buy way overpriced 3rd party warranties. Most people are aware that you can purchase warranties if you so choose direct from manufacture for 1/3 the price.

I love the style and comfort of my NX 300. Lexus vehicles are the Best running vehicles ever made. I’ve owned several and never had a problem with any of them.

Like most, buying a new car (or truck in my case) has always been something that made me cringe. Places like Carvana and Carmax have tried to take a lot of pain and stress out of the car buying process and to be honest, they have, however at a price. I think everybody knows you pay for convenience but should you have to pay so much for it. Why do dealers mark up cars and add unwanted and unwanted items to inflate these hidden costs? Well obviously to make more money off the consumer, but why take advantage of people? it's no wonder why "car salespeople" come across as shrewd, dishonest, and untrustworthy. Not so with Maverick Motors. Truly, the best experience with the best value. I will always go back to Maverick Motors when looking for a new vehicle and you should too. 5 Star experience is not high enough for Sam, Justin, Abe, Matt and the entire team at Maverick Motors. We’ve owned Lexus cars for the past almost three decades, between ES, LS, RX Andrew note that we moved to the city wanted a smaller SUV. So we opted for this NX300. Meets expectations. It doesn’t have the comfortable plush ride like my LS460, but it’s almost as good a ride as my last three RX350’s in a smaller size. It’s very comfortable for the size and hugs the road well. It’s reasonably quiet for the size.

Runs great, ride is a little harsh/choppy on rough street surfaces. Good acceleration, and not great mileage on my type of trips (22) mpg of premium fuel. Good handling and hold on curves. If had it to do over again would have purchased a hybrid version.

Mark Kitchen, Business Finance Director, stopped by to check how everything was going and then thanked me and my wife for our business. He can always be seen moving around the sales floor checking with people to make sure everything is going right. They are all so personable.
