Alex and Juan from the Service department are amazing! My boyfriend dropped off his vehicle this past Saturday for an inspection. We returned later that evening for an update, and Alex let us know that their mechanic found an issue. Alex mentioned that it would take a few days to resolve, considering it was the weekend. During this time, Juan was already in the process of getting a rental started without being asked! Simply amazing! Alex has truly gone above and beyond to take care of us while our vehicle is being serviced. He has kept us updated the entire time, and we never had to worry or feel stressed through this process. I have had 5 Lexus Cars (2NX and 3RX) and still do. The service department at Woodland Hills Lexus, especially Maria, has gone out of its way to take great care of me. All work that has been performed has been done well the first time. Whenever I have had a question or needed help they have always given me honest answers and great support.

We’ve owned Lexus cars for the past almost three decades, between ES, LS, RX Andrew note that we moved to the city wanted a smaller SUV. So we opted for this NX300. Meets expectations. It doesn’t have the comfortable plush ride like my LS460, but it’s almost as good a ride as my last three RX350’s in a smaller size. It’s very comfortable for the size and hugs the road well. It’s reasonably quiet for the size.

Arman is a pleasure to work with. He explains every repair, the pros and cons of completing the repair so that I can make an informed decision. People think I am crazy for bringing my car into a dealership for servicing because it is so expensive...but I trust Arman and that is priceless.

Wow, what an incredible and easy experience getting the car of my dreams! Helen Park was the first person to ask us of we were helped. My husband and I were just wanting to browse cars and check out options. Helen took down all of our info and asked all the questions to really pin point what i wanted. She found different options and looked for a specific one i was looking for. After test driving the car we wanted to see what the payments would look like. Helen is so sweet, funny and attentive. When u meet her u cant help but fall in love with her and her personality. We were then introduced to Gilbert, he was so nice and took down all of my information and brought back different options. He answered all of my questions and made the loan portion of the process so pleasant! Once we agreed on the payment option he finished the rest of the paperwork i submitted and i was approved! We were then introduced to Greg to finish the financial portion of the process and sign all the paperwork! Greg gave me all the information on my new car, explained what was covered and different options available to add extra coverage if i wanted it. He was so knowledgeable and very nice. When i say this was easy, i mean this was so easy and everyone we worked with every step of the way made the whole process so nice, fun, funny and amazing! I love this car and the limited edition red leather seats are so cool and fun. The seats are comfortable, as well. Passengers are happy with the ride.

Most any car that’s a Lexus is a 5 Star car. The Lexus NX 300 is no different. It looks fast standing still! The body is sleek and very cool looking. The instrumentation is all intuitive. Not too much technology for the sake of technology. The tide is a dream. My ONLY complaint is t takes premium gas and that gas was over $5.50 where I live but had gone down. I still wish I had bought the hybrid. Other than that, it’s a Lexus!! It cost more but as always you get what you paid for.

If on a scale of 100 I would give them a 90. Would of been 100 but as close to perfect as you can find. Will buy from again.

Great interior except for a big metal screw on either side of the center console. Why would they do this? Otherwise a great vehicle in design and comfort

The color combination is what I was looking for and this vehicle is fully loaded with the latest safety/technology features. Smooth ride, great sounding radio, quiet cabin, pre-collision system, lane departure alert with steering assist, heated steering wheel, windshield wiper de-icer, voice command. With lights set to automatic the high beam headlamps go on at night and off automatically when they sense a headlight coming toward me.

I bought a 2004 Pilot a month ago here. My salesman, Tim, knew exactly which loan to submit me for because I had no job and bad credit but a big down payment. He had me financed with no problem in minutes. A few days before I went to Carmax Burbank for a different car but with the same down payment and the saleswoman there did not do the same thing. The car was purchased in 2 hours and I was driving home. I bought the warranty tey offer which is a great bumper to bumper extended through their company. They have a 5 day return policy. I opted to return my car on day 4 to pay for the warranty in cash so as not to finance it at the very high interest rate I bought the car at. The return was also easy and everything was done in less than an hour. A month later now, I have found a few things wrong with this 2004 that seemed to have slipped past their extensive reconditioning program. I took it in with odd complaints a dealer would normally say they couldn't duplicate. They addressed them all and even gave me a loaner SUV for my babies to fit in while I waited the few days for the parts to arrive. GREAT STORE! Great customer service! And there's a play room for the kids! *Avoid the coffee!! It is terrible!!!

Love this car!! Safe, beautiful, and so reliable. Cannot say enough about how great this SUV is!! It is the perfect size. Not too big, fits five adults comfortably. I highly recommend. Beautiful inside and out. If you're looking for a great car, test drive one of these!!!

I love my new truck. Great leg room. I have to get use to the size because I drove an is300 an i sat down low now I'm up high. Plus I was use to zipping in an out. I am not sure of how much space i have now. Minor adjustment
