Shannon not only did an excellent job, he also took the time to look into my previous records to find a request to repair the sunroof. I really appreciate his service and highly recommend him to other customers. Additionally Tony Lobello, General Sales Manager helped me through this process of getting the sunroof fixed. Great service, my advisor,Jonathan was fantastic, he kept me in the loop because the car had a recall and was running a little over time, so he kept checking to see the updates on it. My one little hiccup was I wanted the value of my car, my salesperson was off, and no one else did it, let me add to get in touch with any manager was also hard, no one picked up their phones, but even with those few things all in all I really like this dealership.
