Numerous Lexus dealerships across the USA contacted me about my 2025 IS-500 availability inquiry, and their response was negative. However, Amed from Lexus Pembrook Pines was the only one who offered to order the IS 500 with the desired interior/exterior color and options. I saw the car online we drove up looked at the car it is beautiful a 2025 Lexus ES350 test drove the car. Made a quick and easy deal. Our salesman Jean was very professional with everything he was not pushy at all. The facilities were very nice and clean. If I was to buy another car I would definitely go back to Palm Beach Lexus. I came into the dealership for regular service. My service advisor was pleasant, friendly, efficient and helpful. He presented extra options to me with appropriate explanations but without pressuring me. I waited while the service was being done in the extremely attractive customer lounge, complete with complimentary beverages and bagels and cream cheese.

In my past experience buying a car at other dealerships, the sales person was great, but the finance person was slimy. Not so at Lexus of Palm Beach. The sales person and finance person were incredibly helpful and worked hard at getting the car we wanted for the price we needed and they were not pushy about upselling. Mauricio Pattell was the sales person and Nicky was the finance person and both were exceptional to work with. I highly recommend them!

Luis was great to work with. Since the car was ordered and not on the lot he kept me informed of the progress until the car arrived. The actual time at the dealership was painful. Shuffled back and forth among several people in multiple buildings. Finance had the wrong paperwork and insurance did not know how to deal with a trust .
