Shannon not only did an excellent job, he also took the time to look into my previous records to find a request to repair the sunroof. I really appreciate his service and highly recommend him to other customers. Additionally Tony Lobello, General Sales Manager helped me through this process of getting the sunroof fixed. He is an excellent manager and person. If you are looking into purchasing a Lexus, ask for Tony, he will do everything to help you with what you need. Really appreciate all!

It has very good acceleration when you need it on either electric motors or the gasoline engine. Frankly, this plug in electric hybrid is 95% electric in a large metro area with 36 electric miles each day after a plug in overnight. The plug in recharging draws 12 amps at 120 volts, so make sure not to overload the circuit the wall plug is on. I have used a quarter of a tank so far for 550 miles. The hybrid feature reduces the electric and gasoline usage. The ventilated leather seats, the heated steering wheel when needed, and the large dashboard display are part of the luxuries that that you would expect from Lexus. It has great safety features, but is less of a nanny than some earlier RX 350/500 models. It even automatically breaks, only as needed, much like you would yourself. The car has a little less room in the trunk and inside the car, but even as a larger person, I don’t miss it. The only issue I have is that Lexus eliminated the audible blind spot warning when signaling to turn and change lanes from all 2025 models.

Great service, my advisor,Jonathan was fantastic, he kept me in the loop because the car had a recall and was running a little over time, so he kept checking to see the updates on it. My one little hiccup was I wanted the value of my car, my salesperson was off, and no one else did it, let me add to get in touch with any manager was also hard, no one picked up their phones, but even with those few things all in all I really like this dealership.
