Recently had my 90,000 mile service performed by HENDRICK Lexus. The car pulled to the right. Alignment had been checked 2 times at a tire dealership without solving the problem. This dealership solved the problem with a few test drives and a little different rotation technique. The car was still delivered when promised at no extra charge.

Excellent, efficient and great service. I scheduled ahead, planned the visit. Everything was identified and taken care of same day. I highly recommend this dealership.

I bought an LX 570 from out of state, and I had an excellent experience. Vinny was my salesman, and he was very helpful throughout the process. After the sale, they noticed a dent on the hood when the vehicle was getting loaded up to ship to me. They contacted me to apologize that they had not noticed it before, and they told me to get it fixed and it would be on them! I had not even asked about dents! When I got the LX it was beautiful. However, I noticed that the owner's manual was missing. When I contacted Vinny, he said they would get one shipped out to me. In short, excellent service, even after the sale. I would definitely buy from them again.

Sales department was friendly and up front, didn’t give off the scummy vibe some car salesmen have. Finance was a whole other story, despite buying my 4Runner a few weeks ago I’m still thinking about the weird interaction. Jonathan Farris was extremely pushy on a warranty despite it being declined multiple times, I don’t need one for my brand new Toyota they’re never worth it in my opinion. He started friendly enough but after officially declining the warranty his demeanor changed and made it seem like I was a bother to even be in the same room as him. Very off putting interaction and it’s unfortunate because like I said the sales team was pleasant to deal with but the last process of buying the car left a sour taste in my mouth. Avoid Jonathan if you can, he entered information incorrectly and had I not caught it would have ended up paying several thousand more in interest and he will try to screw you on a warranty, when he learns he can’t screw you he’ll ruin an otherwise special day.

This vehicle is amaze balls! 😊 It’s beautiful and rides like a dream. Unless I need something completely different, I don’t think I’ll want another vehicle.

Had a gash on front right tire. The service rep told me bring it in they looked at it and set me up with a new tire on the spot! He was the lead guy, big smile and excellent service !!

Very friendly staff. There seemed to be some lack of communication or knowledge as to the mechanics of completing an out of state sale. It did however get done.

This car has nicely tuned exhaust, good 0-60, interior and a really good price at 28,500 for the 2017 RC300 FSport... Plus when driving it feels so comfortable it's like driving a super car.

After about a month of searching for a car, Endless visits to dealership they just didn't have the car I wanted, or we just couldn't come to deal. I was looking online and found the car I wanted, but it was over an hour away at Cox Auto. So, i gave them a call and spoke with a salesman (Travis) told him what I was looking for and wanted and within a few text messages and two phone calls we made a deal went the dealership and within a few hours i was driving away in my new car. I love this car. It can be fast when I want it be or cruise when i just want to drive around. Tech in it is awesome. But just like everything, its not perfect. Unlocking after romote starting turns it off and its driving me nuts. Very tight in the back and i dont think an adult can fit. I still love it it.
