I have now been to this facility twice in the last two years (once to get an appraisal for a vehicle I ended up selling myself and now (Sept/2018) for a used vehicle purchase. Both times great, but this most recent was a shockingly easy process throughout with a very good person (Greg Leo) from CarMax. I had a specific need and the car was in CA (I am in TX) and Greg set up delivery, responded to any request I had, and kept me informed at all times of the stages. When I met him for actual purchase, I was in and out of the process (including a trade in) in 2 hours (prob could have done less but we got along well). This IS the way car buying should be done! Period. Great people, great business model. I also used CarMax financing with zero issues (excellent credit) and there is no pressure involved whatsoever (it is built into their process).

Love the look, color, reliability and performance. This is an eye catcher where ever you go. Comfortable and reliable, Lexus is the NAME!! Would definitely recommend.

Daniel was very helpful, honest, and open through the process and while there was an error in the price quote for my Volvo XC90, Brandi and Daniel were able to quickly take ownership of the situation and work with me to reach a . Overall, it was a seamless process to purchase a vehicle at Volvo Grubbs and I look forward to bringing my car back for service. Initially all the technology was overwhelming. After getting to know the car, I really like it. I do miss the old push a button radio. You do have to take your eyes off the road to find a specific radio station.

I have driven extensively the previous generation RX and had an opportunity to drive this one in Las Vegas recently. On the positive it’s a Lexus and it will last forever nothing not even anything in Europe like Mercedes-Benz will match a Toyota product for functionality, reliability, and durability on the negative side, the previous generation was more distinctive looking. Lexa seems to be having a 67 stingray to 68 stingray moment like Chevrolet did back in the late 60s with the Corvette in the sense that the older car was superior to the new one but in general, if you need a new midsize luxury crossover, the Lexus RX remains the industry standard .
