Initially all the technology was overwhelming. After getting to know the car, I really like it. I do miss the old push a button radio. You do have to take your eyes off the road to find a specific radio station.

They gave me a great price on my car. Nice honest people, very satisfactory experience overall. I like their ancient wood sculptures around the facility.

I have driven extensively the previous generation RX and had an opportunity to drive this one in Las Vegas recently. On the positive it’s a Lexus and it will last forever nothing not even anything in Europe like Mercedes-Benz will match a Toyota product for functionality, reliability, and durability on the negative side, the previous generation was more distinctive looking. Lexa seems to be having a 67 stingray to 68 stingray moment like Chevrolet did back in the late 60s with the Corvette in the sense that the older car was superior to the new one but in general, if you need a new midsize luxury crossover, the Lexus RX remains the industry standard .

I did the entire transaction online, which can always be a bit stressful as the dealership is 10 hours away from me. Mike was my sales rep and I cannot imagine anyone being more responsive, thorough, and upfront about every part of the transaction. Professional, polite and personable, I always felt like I was in good hands. He picked me up at the airport, drove me back to the dealership, and I was on my way within an hour. I have purchased Mercedes, Audi, and other luxury brands, but this was by far the best customer service experience I have ever had purchasing a car. By the way, the vehicle, a Lexus LC 500 convertible is incredible as well!

Haven't bought a car in 23 years and Nestor was the best salesman I could have had. Bredemann was recommended to me as an honest dealer with fair prices and a car that I would leave with in excellent condition. Not certain I would buy that night but was impressed with the car and found it comfortable as well as dealing with Nestor. Staff was courteous and efficient. Service would take three hours so I took a loaner and did some errands. Came back early and had a delicious sandwich at the lunch bar. Service was completed a little early with a complete explanation of what was done.
