Great, however? I was in the service bay almost 20 minutes as the service advisor stated that they were short a number of staff that day. He proceeded to take my information ask if the oil change and tire rotation with the only necessities that I had for the appointment and I said, yes, he personally found me in the lobby upon completion was always polite.Ed

She was very professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about Lexus. Since I live almost 60 miles away, Jodi helped me out a lot by negotiating my trade-in value and new vehicle price over the phone. He went over the vehicle with me and helped me set it up the way I wanted it and configured everything to my phone. He was extremely busy and he still made a point to make sure I understood everything I needed to know. The dealership was fair with me on my trade-in. They were transparent with their pricing and did not have any hidden costs that were a surprise to me when I sat down with the finance office. I’ve found other dealerships around the Denver area not so honest and straightforward with me.
