She is knowledgeable, friendly, and just a gem to interact with during the process. She showed us what we wanted, gave all pertinent information in a non-pushy manner and seemed to truly love her job! We then proceeded to see Matt to finalize the paperwork which, again, was seamless! He was efficient, friendly, and thorough. Our car was freshly detailed and waiting for us. Responded right away to my email. Talked to salesman and asked for pictures, no pictures on website, and did not receive them; this was early morning. After several hours of not hearing anything , I sent another email/text and heard that another salesman was in process of selling the car.

On my way home I noticed a rattle in the steering column. I told them and scheduled a car examination a week later. They found the issue and corrected it and did not charge me for it. Jerome was the Manager. He is an honorable man. I have complete faith and confidence in purchasing a car from Lexus Clearwater. They gave me a loaner for four days why they made the repairs. I am 60 years old and have purchased many cars. Thank you I know that I will enjoy this car for many years.
