I am not one to place reviews but we experienced the most impressive service from Park Place Lexus. I want to express what a great job Anthony Vitale did today and how happy I am with the service that was provided by your dealership. My tire pressure had been low and filling up my back tire just was not working. I decided to just show up at the dealership without an appointment to see if the service department could figure what the problem was. There was a nail in my tire; however, not only did they repair my tire, but they checked and topped off all of the fluids and washed my car. Anthony was extremely professional and took care of everything at no charge. What a great experience!

I would recommend starting your car buying process here, talk about a great experience! Buying a car was an unpleasant experience, until I went to Hendrick Lexus. They are very organized, friendly, not pushy and are upfront with their pricing, no hidden fees or tricks. My teenager came with me and while waiting, they treated her to whatever snack she wanted.
