Friendly, helpful people from the start. They reached out, scheduled a test drive quickly and I wound up buying the car. The experience felt mildly 'sales-y' but not nearly what I have felt in the past. They let me know my options, worked to get to the number I was comfortable with and did not try to oversell the options at the end. My only complaint is they could have been the first to point out the minor damages to the windshield but for I noticed them during the test drive but it was clearly in the Carfax report they provided. Overall a good experience.

We were having our car serviced but also interested in a new car. We knew pretty much what we wanted and we had a trade in so our sales rep, Peter Viggiano showed us a few cars that fit our criteria and one really stood out so we sat down and we worked on a price with the trade in and we bought the car. Just leaseed the new 2025 Lexus ES 350. The sales person Esther in Lexus of Tampa was absolutely terrific. She certainly is a fantastic representative of the Lexus brand.
