The sale was straight forward and they did what they said they would do. We shopped many locations and the Tampa dealership had the vehicle we wanted and they delivered it in an acceptable timeframe.

Responded right away to my email. Talked to salesman and asked for pictures, no pictures on website, and did not receive them; this was early morning. After several hours of not hearing anything , I sent another email/text and heard that another salesman was in process of selling the car.

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish! They had the vehicle I was interested in ready to go as soon as I got there and they were patient as I looked it over inside and out and then after the test drive, they even lifted it in the service department so I could get a good look underneath! She is knowledgeable, friendly, and just a gem to interact with during the process. She showed us what we wanted, gave all pertinent information in a non-pushy manner and seemed to truly love her job! Once we decided on our car, she made the financial process run seamlessly, handled everything with professionalism and grace! We then proceeded to see Matt to finalize the paperwork which, again, was seamless! He was efficient, friendly, and thorough. Our car was freshly detailed and waiting for us. Esther then spent almost an hour going over the various technologies, ensuring we understood everything and getting us fully connected! The best buying g experience ever!

I has my NX250 serviced today. My advisor was Jose. Prior to having my car serviced he explained everything to me and stated that it would take approximately an hour and a half. I also had a question about my audio system and he was able to answer it right away. My car was returned to me faster than Jose had started washed and ready to go. Jose was fantastic and I would highly recommend this dealership for all your needs.
