I am a widow who does not know much about cars—they were my under husband’s purview. I have so valued the consistent, reliable, competent, efficient service from Serra Mercedes. Most recently, Ken who was my service rep and Austyn was my service tech. They both hit the ball out of the park. They educated me, made suggestions, and outlined options…..and then enacted our agreements in a professional and timely manner. And both were superbly kind.

My husband and I were recently on an extended trip from NC to Alabama to Michigan and upstate NY. Our S550 decided to break down just outside Lansing. The airmatic suspension failed and car was not safe to drive. Lucky for us we were only a few miles from this dealership. We called and Eric Shier took us right in when we arrived. Had the car assessed by Ali in short order. He was able to order the parts and had us back on the road in two days - no quibbling about not having time to get to us till next week, etc. And Ali even helped us transfer our luggage to the rental vehicle and reassured us that he knows his way around the S class. We count ourselves very lucky to have had that breakdown near your dealership. Excellent care from both these gentlemen. The entire sales staff at Kendal Lexus made my RX450H buying experience enjoyable. Austin, my sales rep worked with me to get a price I was happy with. He was extremely knowledgeable of all the cars features and went over them with us in great detail. Look forward to the same kind of professionalism and customer service during my future service visits. I am disappointed with the scheduling of repair service. The soonest I could have a brake noise looked at which was discovered after driving off the lot was 4 weeks. Fortunately the brake issue isn't a safety issue.

I was in the market for a Hybrid vehicle and was at the Toyota dealership and unfortunately they did not have anything in stock at the time. The salesman there (Max) did not stop there, he took me over to the Lexus side of the house and there I worked with Austin and Destiny.
