While road-tripping from Phoenix, the serpentine belt on my LX570 shredded, wrapped itself around the fan clutch, and mangled the front of the engine bay. By the next morning he’d already called with a clear diagnosis and confirmed parts on order. The next couple evenings, Adam and the technician (an unsung hero I wish I’d caught by name) stayed past 10:30 p.m., both wrenching side-by-side to get me back on the road. The following day I picked up a perfectly repaired LX, checked out of my rental vehicle, and headed home on schedule. Adam even gave me his personal number and asked me to text when I arrived safely—service that goes far beyond the job description. Temecula Valley Lexus knows I’m unlikely to become a regular customer from hundreds of miles away in another state, yet they treated me as if I were family. Had to bring my Lexus 250 uh in for 25,000 mile check up Brought it in on a busy Saturday morning and unfortunately, my appointment time that I had placed online did not go through, but they still managed to get me in and out in an hour, which was excellent Great care and service always in the service department appreciate their ability to scramble and fit me in when the appointment fell through.
