I really appreciate TLWG because of Bill Lind. It is great that they’ll do routine maintenance on other vehicles. I have an older Honda and they still take my car and give it the best service possible. I mentioned that my windshield kept fogging up and they went out of the way to include that in the complimentary wash and vacuum even though they were busy! As well I love the free multipoint inspection bc I had no idea that my rear brake light was out and they caught that. I’m very grateful for their exemplary customer service. am happy to share my buying experience with Thompson Lexus, Doylestown. First and foremost, Thompson Lexus, Doylestown in my opinion is the best lexus dealership you can ever find. They are very professional, transparent and ready to sell you a car when you even have an intent. Their finance and sales team are absolutely fantastic. They greeted my family with open door and ushered us in and out after negotiation which you hardly find. Our intention was to car shop but ended up buying a beautiful 2020 lexus RX 350 F Sport. Let me use this opportunity to say thank you to Jonathan Klein, the sakes man who made all possible. Handsome gentleman higjly skilled in sales. He is an amazing in openly and patiently answering all my questions and fears. His dedication to open up to me, transparency and above the rapport motivated me to buy the car.
