Bought this 2017 Lexus RX 350 used. I always wanted one of these vehicles. I am not disappointed. Love how it drives and handles. Love the look. Plenty of room on the interior. My only complaint would be the front seat comfort. My Wife had a Acura MDX and it’s way more comfy. The seats in the MDX have more cushion and just all around more comfortable. One other thing is I wish it had the auto lock feature when you walk away with the key fob. Other than that it’s a sweet ride. Love the V6 and the transmission. Smooth shifting. Ride is soft. Cabin is very quiet. All in all I would rate it 9 out of 10 stars. I would buy it again!!

Just picked up 2024 RX350 Premium+. Overall a nice car. I’m not a big fan of the 4 cyl. Powertrain however. Rather noisy and fuel economy is about the same as the 6 cyl. In my old 2019 RX with premium fuel required. Not a great trade off. New technology is pretty good and touch screen is much. Etter than the old RX touch pad. I think this is a better value than BMW X5 or Genesis GV80 with much better resale value.

I had a terrific experience buying a new/used car from Mohamad Rahal recently at Jeff Haas Mazda, 16711 Katy Freeway, Houston TX 77094. I had just been burned by two other dealerships that did not hold the car for me until I got to their dealerships to negotiate a purchase of the car I wanted to buy - the 1st dealership I called I said I would be there in +/- 3 hours and the 2nd dealership I called I said I will be there in +/- 20 minutes. When I arrived at both dealerships they both told me they have "bad news and good news". The bad news is they just sold the car I asked them to hold me and the good news is they can sell me another car - at both of these dealerships they were young inexperienced salesman. Mohomad is an experienced professional and has been in the car industry for decades and does business "the old fashioned way". Mohamed held the car for me I wanted to buy until I got all my financing in order to pay cash for the car. Mohamed clearly explained each line item on the "Vehicle Buyer's Order" and also the additional lifetime engine warranty I purchased. It might be early for my review, since we have only owned the car a month; however, the Lexus has so far lived up to its reputation. I'm still getting used to all the electronics, but there are a number of safety features that enhance the driving experience.

Katy Toyota rocks! Here's a shout out to Marci Simpson, who helped us better understand the many options for leasing one of their new cars. She was pleasant and friendly and a delight to work with. Never felt pressured--really appreciated her honesty and patience explaining details of several options we had. She genuinely cared and was committed to meeting our needs and we feel much better knowing what is financially attainable and practical. Past experiences with other car dealerships for me have not been good and none come close to the great service she provided. Hope to lease a Corolla Cross or other hybrid soon as we're working to get our finances in order. Really appreciate her time showing the new hybrids available. This is my second RX and I’m so happy with the first, I need to get one again. The size is right for a woman, not to high nor low. Perfect for young and the old. I would have opted for the 2021 model if I’m not retired. The salesperson gave us a great deal we can’t refuse. This car will definitely take me to many places in style, comfort and value.

Beat car buying experience I?ve had. They did not try to hustle me and gave me a lot of value on my trade in.

I bought my 2022 RX 350 Premium in February, it rides comfortably and the outward visibility is good, overall built in quality and safety features makes you feel at ease and confident on the road ahead, I’m 64 yrs old 6’2 230 lbs and both front ventilated seats are very comfortable. Don’t believe the hype of the Mark Levinson audio system which in itself an excellent addition adds up $$$ to the overall price and unless you have to drive a concert hall all day it is not needed, the built in quality HD system on the Premium suffices for most users, the added CD is a welcoming experience for an old gizzard like me and my classical CD’s. I do not care to start my vehicle using my smartphone, personally the Lexus app is not useful to me, as my choice is to start the vehicle the old fashion way key-fob in my pocket. Thus far I do not use the kick sensor for the power rear door it’s simply enough to touch the bottom on the rear tailgate. I find the touch pad user friendly, no convoluted problems using it on my 8’ inch screen, love the dials quality buttons on the 8 inch screen as well. This RX 350 2022 model is the last of the V6 smooth buttery engines with sufficient power and acceleration yet economical enough, it doesn’t require 91 octane gasoline as it is engineered to perform on 87 octane. Overall I’m very pleased with my 2022 RX 350 and plan to keep it until death keeps us apart. Thank you for reading my heartfelt review.

Great experience went in to buy a new vehicle and come out with one. :) The staff was very friendly and helpful. Wish this would have been the first place I shop for. Because some of the other dealerships had very bad customer service.

I am on my 4th RX350. I love my current 350 but it is 10 years old so I’m looking to replace it. Would not consider another car. It is like new with only 79,500 miles. They are great vehicles.

The car I ultimately picked to purchase was a bit of an unexpected choice, but one that my wife was quite happy with. Rodney Feltus at Joe Myers Toyota was fantastic to work with. He was personable, listened well, and proved himself to be extremely knowledgeable. After our ordered-from-factory car arrived, Rodney gave my wife and I what's *easily* the most thorough tour of a new, high-tech car with we've ever gotten. His tour was *way* better than the standard "Here's the keys, now get out of here" some dealers seem to do. Part of the reason we chose Joe Myers is because Rodney was the only sales rep among several dealerships we talked to, who was willing to give us a *proper* number on what the 'drive off' price would be for a factory-ordered car. Every other dealership we talked to essentially refused to put any price in writing- asking us to put money down for an order, then negotiate a price *after* arrival. No thanks! Aside from the care and attention we were given *before* our purchase, Rodney got in contact a while after our purchase to check how we were doing with our new purchase (we *love* it!). Another nice *very* note- I needed a dealer signature on a form in order to get a Texas rebate for my new car. I contacted Rodney about it, emailed him a document to print and sign- and that was it- an envelope with the printed and signed documents arrived at my house a week later, with no need for extra reminders. I *really* appreciate that level of care being shown after the original transaction was complete, and would *definitely* recommend this place (and especially our sales person, Rodney) to others

Initially all the technology was overwhelming. After getting to know the car, I really like it. I do miss the old push a button radio. You do have to take your eyes off the road to find a specific radio station.

I have driven extensively the previous generation RX and had an opportunity to drive this one in Las Vegas recently. On the positive it’s a Lexus and it will last forever nothing not even anything in Europe like Mercedes-Benz will match a Toyota product for functionality, reliability, and durability on the negative side, the previous generation was more distinctive looking. Lexa seems to be having a 67 stingray to 68 stingray moment like Chevrolet did back in the late 60s with the Corvette in the sense that the older car was superior to the new one but in general, if you need a new midsize luxury crossover, the Lexus RX remains the industry standard .

My 2nd RX350. My 2019 RX350 was very nice, but my seat was uncomfortable. I purchased a used 2018 RX350 F Sport - so happy with this car! All the great upgrades and very comfy leather seats. Heater and fanned seats, heated steering wheel, great power, amazing handling, awesome stereo, use my Spotify on cell through bluetooth. So happy with this dependable SUV!

After trying other "reputable dealerships" that added thousands of dollars to the cost of a used car at the end of the sale "to get it ready to sell" and then almost purchasing a non disclosed flood vehicle, we came back to CarMax! We have now purchased 5 vehicles from them and have been thrilled with the experience and the durability and safety of a CarMax car!

This is my 3rd Lexus, and second RX. Most reliable was my GX470. My RX350, 2016, F Sport is a very nice vehicle. I am disappointed in several common issues: Door lock fail (replaced twice on driver door), water pump fails (common problem), my panoramic sun roof black cover has also failed. I see other owners with the same issues. What is happening to Lexus quality? Maybe still better than most, but I assumed a car manufacturer would improve with time in quality? The issues noted above are common if you search.

I bought a 2017 Honda Civic last week. I was preapproved before I walked into the dealership. There were a couple of issues once I began completing the buying process, but after 3 hours at the dealership, I walked out with my new vehicle.

I Have owned five Rx350’s. I live in a rural town in South Carolina and drive a lot. I have a 15 that has 207000 trouble free miles. I’ve only done normal maintenance. I bought a 14 about a year ago that was one owner with 54000. It now has 76000 on it. The 15 was built in Canada and the 14 was build in Japan. We Love the Rx350 although We don’t like the body style on the 16 up.
