Overall, very professional, progressed as a sale should, and they followed through on the details. Car arrived very clean, everything was included as expected. Transport service ran into some issues but they kept me in the loop and went out of their way to get the vehicle to us as quickly as they could (arrived at midnight and the driver still had 1 more stop to make, he was a nice as could be, and had no complaints - that is dedication). We are 180 miles away and Lexus of Naperville will be our new "go to" for Lexus vehicles. Closer dealers are not as transparent, and seem to be in the habit of wasting your time. It is hard to find a dealer that simply wants to sell a vehicle without playing any games. Lexus of Naperville is where you should go - ask for "Brendon" and "AP", they did a nice job. I didn't get a chance to work with her much, but Yvette was also very nice. Zach Paino from "Ship your car safely" was my contact for the transport.

I Have owned five Rx350’s. I live in a rural town in South Carolina and drive a lot. I have a 15 that has 207000 trouble free miles. I’ve only done normal maintenance. I bought a 14 about a year ago that was one owner with 54000. It now has 76000 on it. The 15 was built in Canada and the 14 was build in Japan. We Love the Rx350 although We don’t like the body style on the 16 up.

We bought this car in Jan2014 with under 39K miles. Now has 183K. Our second Lexus (our new 2007 ES350 had 238K when we sold it). Best car for the money. Local shop keeps it in top kit. My dog and I do 50-100 miles daily in the mountains. Wouldn’t change a thing on it. 18mpg all short trips. Great cargo room (Bogey dog agrees). Safe, comfortable, well-designed and put together. If it’s out there, I’d buy another one like it in a heart beat. Mo’ better than my 00 Boxster!

Have only had this 2015 Lex for about 5 weeks. OK so far. In my earlier 2 yrs' experience w a 2008 RX 350 and before that, 10 yrs with 2 ES 350s, these are comfortable & generally reliable but the cost of maintenance & repairs is at least twice that of a Toyota or Honda. Things like the rear door struts/rear door mechanism or hood struts breaking down, is one thing, but the main engine seal leaking hits you w a big bill.

I have bad credit.. and was turned down from alot of different dealers Marino, Hawk,Naperville and Shermans.. all said No.. but Carmax have me thre car I wanted wth super low miles.. Bought the RX with 130,000 miles on it and put on only 11,000 miles in the year. It's the, 'wife's' car. We use it a lot on the weekends. Had to replace the rear shocks which really improved an already smooth ride. A spouse complaint is that there is no where to put your sunglasses like you can on the ES. My RX is a 2012 so we do not have a heated steering wheel. Wish we did. Overall, we love the car, and will probably look for another used Lexus!! Smooth ride!

My 2011 Lexus RX 350 is an outstanding car. Fit and finish is impeccable. Other than a failed oil pump, no problems whatsoever. It is quiet and yet has plenty of power for merging on interstates. I highly recommend Lexus vehicles.

Bought this 2009 RX350 in September of 08. I've owned Volvo, Acura, Mercedes and Range Rover (the worst!). Just about to hit 300,000 miles with VERY few problems. Love the car. But as stated earlier in some reviews the dashboard has developed many hair line cracks. That's why I gave it a 4 on interior. But still the very best car I have ever owned and will now only buy Lexus/Toyota vehicles.

Ever since I moved from Volvo quite a few years ago I have stuck with Lexus RXs. From reading the worst years were w0017 through 2009 and I experienced that after I read about and I also learned that the best years are 2010 through 2015 In terms of suspension tuning and realiability. The best car for the money and AWD is the only way to go!

I purchased my 2014 RX350 with 14,000 miles on it 5 years ago and have put 73,000 miles on it, mostly all highway and long distance cross states travel. I have kept regular maintenance ie oil changes, tires and alignments and now due some spark plugs. I have never owned a better, more reliable vehicle. 10 out of 10 would do it again.

We have owned the lexus 350 for nine years with no problems or breaking down on trips , this suv is reliable and for me gets great gas mileage. The only reason we are selling it is because we have more grandchildren and we like having them spend time with us ,there isn't enough room for our four grandchildren to ride at once. I wouldn't sell if this wasn't the case. Love this suv.

I did the entire transaction online, which can always be a bit stressful as the dealership is 10 hours away from me. Mike was my sales rep and I cannot imagine anyone being more responsive, thorough, and upfront about every part of the transaction. This is my 3rd Lexus, and second RX. Most reliable was my GX470. My RX350, 2016, F Sport is a very nice vehicle. I am disappointed in several common issues: Door lock fail (replaced twice on driver door), water pump fails (common problem), my panoramic sun roof black cover has also failed. I see other owners with the same issues. What is happening to Lexus quality? Maybe still better than most, but I assumed a car manufacturer would improve with time in quality? The issues noted above are common if you search.

Bought this car used in 2017 with 111 K miles and put almost 50k on it since then. We’ve had one minimal repair (under $300) since we bought it. With local driving and 3 cross country trips we’ve replaced tires and the battery but this is hands down the most dependable car we’ve ever owned. We’ve thought of replacing it with a newer model but can’t justify it. We LOVE this car!!!

Recently purchased, but very pleased with it. Extremely comfortable, quiet and luxurious interior. Although an older model, it it still feels and drives like a newer model.
