Overall it was a good deal for me. The dealer made promises and kept them. The Tesla is great! The price was good. However, I felt the dealer fees were ridiculous and they insisted I give them thousands above the actual registration and taxes. Though I was able to recover the excess taxes/registration withheld, it felt very much like the used car salesman treatment. I would recommend the dealer, but be prepared to play reindeer games. If you do not like these games, buy your used Tesla directly from Tesla.

Just picked up 2024 RX350 Premium+. Overall a nice car. I’m not a big fan of the 4 cyl. Powertrain however. Rather noisy and fuel economy is about the same as the 6 cyl. In my old 2019 RX with premium fuel required. Not a great trade off. New technology is pretty good and touch screen is much. Etter than the old RX touch pad. I think this is a better value than BMW X5 or Genesis GV80 with much better resale value.

Initially all the technology was overwhelming. After getting to know the car, I really like it. I do miss the old push a button radio. You do have to take your eyes off the road to find a specific radio station.

I have driven extensively the previous generation RX and had an opportunity to drive this one in Las Vegas recently. On the positive it’s a Lexus and it will last forever nothing not even anything in Europe like Mercedes-Benz will match a Toyota product for functionality, reliability, and durability on the negative side, the previous generation was more distinctive looking. Lexa seems to be having a 67 stingray to 68 stingray moment like Chevrolet did back in the late 60s with the Corvette in the sense that the older car was superior to the new one but in general, if you need a new midsize luxury crossover, the Lexus RX remains the industry standard .

Bought a car from this place about 18 months ago. Leaving a review now because I am looking for another car and immediately checked their inventory to see what they have on the lot and I realized I never left them a review before. So, let me say that while this place doesn't look like much from the road, they have very nice, exceptionally clean, high-end vehicles. The whole process of shopping and buying there was delightful compared to the big dealerships we visited. No pressure, no hassles, no "check with the manager" crap. Best of all their prices beat everyone else in the area. Sadly, I am not seeing what I'm looking for today on their website. But I will continue to check because I would definitely return and purchase from them again (and I live 3 hours away). This 2021 RX is a great vehicle, everything about the RX is high quality, quiet, quick, smooth, well built. Only complaint is cabin is built so tight that I farted in car at airport parking lot. Came back two weeks later from a trip overseas and it still stunk inside.

Bought this 2017 Lexus RX 350 used. I always wanted one of these vehicles. I am not disappointed. Love how it drives and handles. Love the look. Plenty of room on the interior. My only complaint would be the front seat comfort. My Wife had a Acura MDX and it’s way more comfy. The seats in the MDX have more cushion and just all around more comfortable. One other thing is I wish it had the auto lock feature when you walk away with the key fob. Other than that it’s a sweet ride. Love the V6 and the transmission. Smooth shifting. Ride is soft. Cabin is very quiet. All in all I would rate it 9 out of 10 stars. I would buy it again!!

I purchased my 2014 RX350 with 14,000 miles on it 5 years ago and have put 73,000 miles on it, mostly all highway and long distance cross states travel. I have kept regular maintenance ie oil changes, tires and alignments and now due some spark plugs. I have never owned a better, more reliable vehicle. 10 out of 10 would do it again.

Since I bought this car I noticed when I apply break the both front wheels vibrate (Shake).It is more shaking when I drive down the slope on HWY. The mechanics suggested me to replace the front disc of both wheels.

All of the staff that I encounter were very pleasant. I test drove the car and it ran like a top. Ali answered all the questions that I had pertaining to the vehicle, he encouraged me to have it checked out by a mechanic of my choice. Everything checked out so I purchased the vehicle. Unfortunately I became the owner of a used 2017 RX 350 F Sport. I say unfortunately just because my mint 2013 GS 350 Lux got totaled by a wild boar a few weeks ago, loved that car, drove it for close to 9 yrs. So, the RX is 7 years old with 120k miles, paid $21.9k Sept 2024. Overall the car is awesome, its used and required some extensive cleaning on the outside, clay barred twice then applied a black ceramic wax, the dark blue paint now just pops. The sunroof rattles (same as the GS) but the seal is not available, awaiting a potential part which is used in multiple Toyota products. The anti glare coating on the non Nav screen is bad but I think I can repair with polish, not a $300+ replacement screen cover. The car runs and drives awesome, not as fast as the GS but much easier to get in and out of (I am 64). Handling surprised me, especially after having the GS, very codependent if not pushed like a true sports car (which it is not). Miss many of the options I had on the GS but absolutly love my red interior, the ride/drive, and would definitely buy another one in a heartbeat, 2023 RX-500h, love it.

This is my 3rd Lexus, and second RX. Most reliable was my GX470. My RX350, 2016, F Sport is a very nice vehicle. I am disappointed in several common issues: Door lock fail (replaced twice on driver door), water pump fails (common problem), my panoramic sun roof black cover has also failed. I see other owners with the same issues. What is happening to Lexus quality? Maybe still better than most, but I assumed a car manufacturer would improve with time in quality? The issues noted above are common if you search.

Ever since I moved from Volvo quite a few years ago I have stuck with Lexus RXs. From reading the worst years were w0017 through 2009 and I experienced that after I read about and I also learned that the best years are 2010 through 2015 In terms of suspension tuning and realiability. The best car for the money and AWD is the only way to go!

Bought this 2009 RX350 in September of 08. I've owned Volvo, Acura, Mercedes and Range Rover (the worst!). Just about to hit 300,000 miles with VERY few problems. Love the car. But as stated earlier in some reviews the dashboard has developed many hair line cracks. That's why I gave it a 4 on interior. But still the very best car I have ever owned and will now only buy Lexus/Toyota vehicles.
