Since I could not come to Louisville they drove the car to Owensboro, brought the paperwork and it was all completed in 20 minutes. They gave me the price I wanted and did everything they could to ensure I had a good experience. Love this car. Sitting in the driver’s seat is so comfortable. Silky smooth engine. Rides so nice and quiet. We have looked for this color Grecian water for a long time. Wanted no newer than a 2022 because we didn’t want the 4 cylinder. The 3.5 V6 runs so smooth. Would definitely recommend the purchase of this SUV.

Easy process and friendly staff. Very busy on this Saturday and the purchase took way too long. Only issue was in the price of the vehicle. Internet website listed one price and sales person tried to say the price actually higher. Sort of a bait trick. But the website was easy to look at and show sales person. Once past that issue it went ok but took a long time to process. Over 5 hours at the dealership. Found and drove the vehicle in the first hour.

Bought this 2017 Lexus RX 350 used. I always wanted one of these vehicles. I am not disappointed. Love how it drives and handles. Love the look. Plenty of room on the interior. My only complaint would be the front seat comfort. My Wife had a Acura MDX and it’s way more comfy. The seats in the MDX have more cushion and just all around more comfortable. One other thing is I wish it had the auto lock feature when you walk away with the key fob. Other than that it’s a sweet ride. Love the V6 and the transmission. Smooth shifting. Ride is soft. Cabin is very quiet. All in all I would rate it 9 out of 10 stars. I would buy it again!!

This is my 3rd Lexus, and second RX. Most reliable was my GX470. My RX350, 2016, F Sport is a very nice vehicle. I am disappointed in several common issues: Door lock fail (replaced twice on driver door), water pump fails (common problem), my panoramic sun roof black cover has also failed. I see other owners with the same issues. What is happening to Lexus quality? Maybe still better than most, but I assumed a car manufacturer would improve with time in quality? The issues noted above are common if you search.

This 2021 RX is a great vehicle, everything about the RX is high quality, quiet, quick, smooth, well built. Only complaint is cabin is built so tight that I farted in car at airport parking lot. Came back two weeks later from a trip overseas and it still stunk inside.

Safe, comfortable, and passable everywhere, the Lexus RX 350 knows no problems on the roads, either in winter, or in the rain, or in swamps. At the same time, its elegant design will allow everyone around to admire it and want to buy this car. I’m in love with this set of comfort in the car interior - it’s never hot or cold, it’s warm and cozy, like home, regardless of the weather outside, long roads or difficulties in traveling. Unfortunately I became the owner of a used 2017 RX 350 F Sport. I say unfortunately just because my mint 2013 GS 350 Lux got totaled by a wild boar a few weeks ago, loved that car, drove it for close to 9 yrs. So, the RX is 7 years old with 120k miles, paid $21.9k Sept 2024. Overall the car is awesome, its used and required some extensive cleaning on the outside, clay barred twice then applied a black ceramic wax, the dark blue paint now just pops. The sunroof rattles (same as the GS) but the seal is not available, awaiting a potential part which is used in multiple Toyota products. The anti glare coating on the non Nav screen is bad but I think I can repair with polish, not a $300+ replacement screen cover. The car runs and drives awesome, not as fast as the GS but much easier to get in and out of (I am 64). Handling surprised me, especially after having the GS, very codependent if not pushed like a true sports car (which it is not). Miss many of the options I had on the GS but absolutly love my red interior, the ride/drive, and would definitely buy another one in a heartbeat, 2023 RX-500h, love it.

Initially all the technology was overwhelming. After getting to know the car, I really like it. I do miss the old push a button radio. You do have to take your eyes off the road to find a specific radio station.

It might be early for my review, since we have only owned the car a month; however, the Lexus has so far lived up to its reputation. I'm still getting used to all the electronics, but there are a number of safety features that enhance the driving experience.

The interior is spacious with all the amenities found in other mid-size luxury SUVs. When the windows are all up, it is very quiet. The engine and transmission are very smooth, quiet and powerful. The exterior design is elegant. The braking system is responsive and does not require too much force to adjust the braking distance. Overall, this is an excellent mid-size SUV.

I bought my 2022 RX 350 Premium in February, it rides comfortably and the outward visibility is good, overall built in quality and safety features makes you feel at ease and confident on the road ahead, I’m 64 yrs old 6’2 230 lbs and both front ventilated seats are very comfortable. Don’t believe the hype of the Mark Levinson audio system which in itself an excellent addition adds up $$$ to the overall price and unless you have to drive a concert hall all day it is not needed, the built in quality HD system on the Premium suffices for most users, the added CD is a welcoming experience for an old gizzard like me and my classical CD’s. I do not care to start my vehicle using my smartphone, personally the Lexus app is not useful to me, as my choice is to start the vehicle the old fashion way key-fob in my pocket. Thus far I do not use the kick sensor for the power rear door it’s simply enough to touch the bottom on the rear tailgate. I find the touch pad user friendly, no convoluted problems using it on my 8’ inch screen, love the dials quality buttons on the 8 inch screen as well. This RX 350 2022 model is the last of the V6 smooth buttery engines with sufficient power and acceleration yet economical enough, it doesn’t require 91 octane gasoline as it is engineered to perform on 87 octane. Overall I’m very pleased with my 2022 RX 350 and plan to keep it until death keeps us apart. Thank you for reading my heartfelt review.

I have driven extensively the previous generation RX and had an opportunity to drive this one in Las Vegas recently. On the positive it’s a Lexus and it will last forever nothing not even anything in Europe like Mercedes-Benz will match a Toyota product for functionality, reliability, and durability on the negative side, the previous generation was more distinctive looking. Lexa seems to be having a 67 stingray to 68 stingray moment like Chevrolet did back in the late 60s with the Corvette in the sense that the older car was superior to the new one but in general, if you need a new midsize luxury crossover, the Lexus RX remains the industry standard .

I Have owned five Rx350’s. I live in a rural town in South Carolina and drive a lot. I have a 15 that has 207000 trouble free miles. I’ve only done normal maintenance. I bought a 14 about a year ago that was one owner with 54000. It now has 76000 on it. The 15 was built in Canada and the 14 was build in Japan. We Love the Rx350 although We don’t like the body style on the 16 up.

Really loved Isaac's. Experience there was top notch and everyone we dealt with was great. Low pressure, just good guys who love cars (esp Jason!). Would recommend these guys to anyone and everyone. And what's really great is that even though they didn't have exactly what we wanted on the lot that day, they were totally willing to stay on the hunt for us!!

This car net all my needs- I get a lot of compliments when I have passengers. Very good in gas per miles. Roomy in back seat- lots of leg room.

Previously owned a UX-250H. Great gas mileage, nice overall performance, but small. Rather than just go a step up to the NX line, we decided to go further up the line and get the new RX350 AWD. We’ve had the RX for 5 weeks and put about 700 miles on it, to date. I was concerned that the turbo 4 might be insufficient for such a large vehicle, but it does move quickly, if not with some ruckus. The interior is airy and bright (macadamia leather/bamboo trim on my RX) and the large infotainment screen is pretty easy to use. While it looks good in most colors, it really looks spectacular in Copper Crest—which is the hue we selected. Very happy with the purchase!
