Initially all the technology was overwhelming. After getting to know the car, I really like it. I do miss the old push a button radio. You do have to take your eyes off the road to find a specific radio station.

This 2021 RX is a great vehicle, everything about the RX is high quality, quiet, quick, smooth, well built. Only complaint is cabin is built so tight that I farted in car at airport parking lot. Came back two weeks later from a trip overseas and it still stunk inside.

I purchased my 2014 RX350 with 14,000 miles on it 5 years ago and have put 73,000 miles on it, mostly all highway and long distance cross states travel. I have kept regular maintenance ie oil changes, tires and alignments and now due some spark plugs. I have never owned a better, more reliable vehicle. 10 out of 10 would do it again.

The interior is spacious with all the amenities found in other mid-size luxury SUVs. When the windows are all up, it is very quiet. The engine and transmission are very smooth, quiet and powerful. The exterior design is elegant. The braking system is responsive and does not require too much force to adjust the braking distance. Overall, this is an excellent mid-size SUV.

This is the 2021 Lexus RX 350 and is my 4th Lexus and I love it! The 2018 was also really great and so was the 2015. I think the price is very good and the value is incredible because either way, either leasing rates are great due to the high residual values, and the buy rates are great because you could sell your car used because they are very much in demand and you get a lot for it. If you hold onto your Lexus, that's another great option, because the Lexus engine is incredible, built to protect the engine and last a very long time! I have not had any issues with any of my Lexus ((unlike other car brands -I have had issues with other cars warning lights, electrical, rotors, struts, sensor issues, and faulty parts, and check engine light and other quirks etc!!!)) I totally recommend Lexus -very reliable and no problems! Servicing is always reasonable too!

I compared the Lexus Luxury trim model feature for feature with 3 other top Luxury cars. The Lexus offered me much more. On top of that is it’s phenomenal reliability rating. I believe its the smoothest, quietest, driving car of the brands, too!

Bought this 2017 Lexus RX 350 used. I always wanted one of these vehicles. I am not disappointed. Love how it drives and handles. Love the look. Plenty of room on the interior. My only complaint would be the front seat comfort. My Wife had a Acura MDX and it’s way more comfy. The seats in the MDX have more cushion and just all around more comfortable. One other thing is I wish it had the auto lock feature when you walk away with the key fob. Other than that it’s a sweet ride. Love the V6 and the transmission. Smooth shifting. Ride is soft. Cabin is very quiet. All in all I would rate it 9 out of 10 stars. I would buy it again!!

Just picked up 2024 RX350 Premium+. Overall a nice car. I’m not a big fan of the 4 cyl. Powertrain however. Rather noisy and fuel economy is about the same as the 6 cyl. In my old 2019 RX with premium fuel required. Not a great trade off. New technology is pretty good and touch screen is much. Etter than the old RX touch pad. I think this is a better value than BMW X5 or Genesis GV80 with much better resale value.

The car met all my needs. It has a good exterior style. It has very smooth running. The electronics are top class. It is user friendly without making it too complicated to operate.

Love this car. Sitting in the driver’s seat is so comfortable. Silky smooth engine. Rides so nice and quiet. We have looked for this color Grecian water for a long time. Wanted no newer than a 2022 because we didn’t want the 4 cylinder. The 3.5 V6 runs so smooth. Would definitely recommend the purchase of this SUV.

Ever since I moved from Volvo quite a few years ago I have stuck with Lexus RXs. From reading the worst years were w0017 through 2009 and I experienced that after I read about and I also learned that the best years are 2010 through 2015 In terms of suspension tuning and realiability. The best car for the money and AWD is the only way to go!

This is the second car I purchased from this dealer. In March, I purchased a 22' Outlander SEL for my company car. This week I went back and purchased another 22 Outlander SEL for my wife! Bought 2018 Lexus RX 350 used in February of 2022. It was 3.5 years old at that time and had only 24k miles. Paid $32,660 and then 8% taxes (NY State). When it was new it was over $61K. The paperwork was inside the glove compartment. It is a comfortable and powerful car. It has all available options, apart from heated and electric back seats, which I don’t need. I am glad they not electric. It is much faster to put them down by hand. The gas mileage in the city is not great, 16 miles per gallon, but it is great on a highway. When I drive by myself on a highway I get 28 miles per gallon. Mark Levinson sound system and head-up display are great. I upgraded and installed integrated video camera to record everything and added wireless Apple car play and android auto. Installed both myself. It was easy. In these almost two years of driving I put only 10,000. Of course with only 34,000 miles I don’t have any issues. I change oil every 5,000 and that is it. I plan on keeping this car as long as it works. Most likely 20+ more years. I wish the gas mileage was better in the city, but it is what it is. This car is the best on a highway. You don’t feel tired and don’t feel any stress when you are on a highway. It feels like as if I am sitting home on my couch. In heavy traffic on a highway I turn on adaptive cruise and lane keep assist. and let car drive itself - it is fun and relaxing. It gives me time to relax. I love my car.

This is my second RX and I’m so happy with the first, I need to get one again. The size is right for a woman, not to high nor low. Perfect for young and the old. I would have opted for the 2021 model if I’m not retired. The salesperson gave us a great deal we can’t refuse. This car will definitely take me to many places in style, comfort and value.

Since I bought this car I noticed when I apply break the both front wheels vibrate (Shake).It is more shaking when I drive down the slope on HWY. The mechanics suggested me to replace the front disc of both wheels.

Many cars, many years later...bought my first RX 350. They drive like a dream. Quick response, good gas mileage, interior is super comfy in leather and the storage in back is great for my sports and music obsessions. I will buy another, as this is the first car where the only time I needed to put it in the shop was oil changes, breaks and new tires. It is the most dependable car I've ever owned. Volvo xc90 before this car was a nightmare, BMW & Mercedes fickle costly repairs, Turbo cars etc...bye, bye!

I love driving this car. It is so comfortable & smooth, easy to drive, and very dependable. The AWD and safety features were a must for this purchase. I had a 2010 RX for 11 years and hated to part with it. Not fond of the aggressive looking grill but otherwise a gorgeous car. Big fan of Lexus cars and service.
