I got this used 2008 RX400 for my wife and has been great for a year the only thing my MPGs are horrible I get barely 21 sucks.Even tho I did my spark plugs cause my covers were starting to leak.also I did my Timing Belt Kitt,I have great Fuel Trims according to my scanner and runs like new .New Tires nothing helped to improve those MPGs.note I did my own work with no issues.

Purchased in 2022 with only 80,000 miles on it, now has 112,000 miles at 16 years old. Gets 27 mpg. The hybrid battery no problems. With the 2 electric motors the traction is superior. Still has luxurious white leather seats. The poly coating has kept the paint looking new. All I have done is change the oil and kept the fluids up. Fingers crossed hope to drive another 200,000 miles.

We take our cars here to get serviced normally, but i've never bought a vehicle from here. I was excited when they got in a van of the make/model that we've been looking for.. I called the night before, Sam confirmed they still had it, and I set up an apt to go in the next morning. We test drove it, fell in love and they were able to get everything together quickly, and we left with a new van in under an hour! Simply an amazing piece of tech. We purchased ours last year with 260,000kms on it for $7000. The battery still works well, enough to go a few kilometers just on battery power! Only issue we've had is some noisy rear wheel bearings which will eventually have to be replaced (about $1000 labour and parts). All and all, we are extremely satisfied!

I bought a 2006 RX400H because I didn’t want a car payment anymore from a 2021 Toyota RAV4 XSE. Even though this car is older - it’s 100x more smoother than my 2021, and the ride quality outshined the RAV4 by a landslide. I can’t recommend this car enough!

Bought used with 165k. Still a Lexus! Nice overall, but you’ll be lucky to get 23mpg. The electric motor is loud when charging the battery and gives a thud at the end. But this car is whisper quiet when in hybrid mode. Comfortable with pretty strong acceleration.

Faster than I expected and quieter. I bought it at 187,000mi and im plan on getting at least 3-5 more years out of it. I would recommend this car and Lexus in general to anyone. Can't beat a luxury car with Toyota efficiency.

I found the car I was looking for online at Zone Motors and dealt with the general manager Ray. He was very responsive to my questions and provide all documentation quickly. He assisted with my online car purchasing experience. He was accommodating to my selected auto appraiser who inspected the car and was very honest and up-front on the condition and state of the car. We reached a fair price and he assisted with completing the sale quickly. There was no pressure or issue with getting Ray on the phone or email requests. After the sale he was very responsive to questions and assistance with the shipping and paper work process. This was one of the best car buying experiences I have had in over 25 years and 5 vehicles.

Bought my 2008 RX450H in 2012 with 90,000 miles on it and a good service record. Now in 2023 it has 174,000 miles. It still runs like new, handles well, and is very comfortable. I have done maintenance and just did the Timing belt, spark plugs, and CVT fluid change. Toyota replaced the inverter under a recall so no issues there. No, repairs beside maintenance. I actually like this model better than my friends 2015 RX450H. I do miss the Bluetooth radio ability but I use a cassette adapter to stream music from my iPhone 12. Periodically I evaluate moving to a newer car but keeping this one wins out. The only temping car is the RAV 4 Plug-In Hybrid but it just does not have the feel of my Lexus and I cannot justify the upgrade cost. Toyota by far has the best engineered hybrids around. Love to have a full EV for a second car one day but so expensive.

After having a less than positive experience at a different Hyundai dealership, I was extremely relieved to find such a helpful and honest salesperson in Darko. And while I did have to bring the vehicle back upon realizing that the door jambs had not been properly cleaned before I was given the keys, I am loving my new Palisade!
