Had a rx 350 prior to this one I purchased. Got this one used w/ 32,500 on it. Wow what a great ride AWD with snow mode, sport mode, eco mode. Sport mode tends to tighten up the car w quicker steering and tighter suspension. Snow mode is for you know Snow. Eco mode gives it a floating feeling. I also tow my 2200# pop up with ease.

We purchased our Lexus NX from Sewell Lexus and had a wonderful experience working with Spencer. A lot of improvements with the ride. It rides a lot smoother as what a luxury SUV should be. Touchscreen is now available which is better than using the laptop type touchpad. Better standard safety features like lane departure warning, lane keeping assist, adaptive cruise control, blind spot warning, rear collision alert, rear emergency braking, etc. Good value for the money.

F sport and 2019 redesign, welcome addition to the RX Family. Safety 5 Features added ripped not stripped 5 OEM Tire Quality ( -2 ) Get ready at about 20-28K mileage and shell out $1,500. Interior, trim fit, in shop 3 times. (2) Wind noise ((1). Lexus did allegedly change manufacturing process on exterior doors panels 2020. Dealers, if you live in the lower southeastern geographical area Al, Fl, Ga. Dealers are sparse to basically non existent.

So I pretty much been dealing with one Gentleman name Craig and have been an easy person to speak with and very knowledgeable about things I ask of him.

This is my first Lexus purchase and highly likely not my last. So comfy and Sharp looking. The safety features are impressive and bumper-to-bumper through 2025 is a key bonus

Great luxury SUV especially for city and short trip. ONLY ONE (1) major complaint involves Lexus GPS system being the clumsiest of any vehicle I have driven or owned. The ONE complaint. Have owned 3 Lexus' SUV's and optimistically waited for Lexus to rectify AND introduce a gps system equal to all of the other technology pluses of Lexus....but ALAS. N O T! Grubbs Acura in Grapevine, Texas, is an excellent dealership to purchase a fabulous Acura. I bought my 2nd Acura from Grubbs. Amira (Liz) Romero was great to work with. I initially walked in late in the evening with no appointment with my 88 y/o Mom who I wanted to make sure she could get in and out of the MDX I had my eye on. She warned me as she wasn't sure if I'd like the interior color...I took one look and said “I love it” - Red Italian leather! The 3rd MDX we test drove was the charm! Was a very easy process. Got a trade in value for our vehicle ahead of going to the dealership. Car was ready for us to see when we got there. They didn’t try to put us in anything other than the vehicle we were interested in. Whole process from when we got there to driving off with the new car was only a little over two hours.

I've had my 2020 Lexus RX450h for a year and it is a pleasure to drive. It has all of the accoutrements I waited for since purchasing my 2013 RX350. It has a bird’s eye view of the area surrounding the car, a touch screen monitor and a touch pad, many safety features like blind spot monitoring, lane and parking assist. It has triple head beams with cornering lighting and automatic high beam control. I wish I had added the heads-up display option, but I do enjoy the hands-free-leg-kick to open the tailgate option. The heated/AC seat option is very nice when needed!

Comfortable for 4 people. Love the touch screen and Apple Play options. Mines has heated & cooled seats so it helps with this hot & cold flashes. Wish the cargo space was larger (previously owned a highlander). The kick bar to open the rear is terrible (works half the time). Overall value for the price was good. Would recommend to anyone wanting a smaller luxury suv.

I used to owna 2010 Lexus RX 350 and i recently a 2015 Lexus RX 450h with 134k miles on it and so far I LOVE IT !!!! what i like about the Lexus Hybrid is of course the fuel econ, leather seats, and its very comfortable. Im not a big tech guy and it was pretty easy to learn all of the tech features of the vehicle. My payment is a little more then the honda crv i owned but the fuel savings will make up for it and more ( it was no brainer to buy ). If you want a vehicle that will last a long time and wont get tired of it in a year, go ahead and take the plunge you wont regret it !!!

4th lexus 2bd hybrid. Reliable and stylish. Comfortable ride and plenty of room including back seat. Have this one for 7 years. Hybrid mileage average 24mpg. Would get another but I do not like the body style

Great attitude and huge knowledge of all things Lexus. Good communicator and worked with me to get my scheduled test drive and had everything ready. I love the ability to customize the settings of my Lexus. The 450h is so quiet you can"t even tell it is running when it is in park and the miles per gallon is a great savings.
