She worked really hard to get me the car I wanted at the monthly payment I could afford. Eliane was incredibly proactive, helpful and patient, without any sales pressure. Customer service rep was great. IRA Lexus appears to aggressive in increasing service revenues. Suggested service recommendations are asked to be performed earlier than required. This is the 4th Lexus I?ve bought from this dealer. Aggressive service was not as pervasive with prior cars.

I had a flat tire on Route 93 south in Andover, MA about 3:30 pm yesterday. I contacted IRA Lexus in Peabody, MA and told them about my problem. I purchased my used IS250 FSport from them in 2020. I have had all my services done through IRA. I can?t say enough about them as far as congeniality and willing to do whatever needs to be done! I love them!

Abraham was awesome! He kept me informed and worked with me on the cost of repair. I was provided with a great loaner - next model up which was so nice. Concierge guy helped me with newer audio and shift. Everyone was just great!

Scheduled oil change, same day. They fit me in even when I had the last appointment of the day. And to my delight, they washed my car and vacuumed it as part of the service and I didn?t even have to request it.
