I stopped by Cerritos Lexus to look at the 3 different RX350?s the base, Premium & Premium Plus. I told Luis the nice salesperson I met in lobby that let me do my homework & we?ll talk later. Luis texted me later in the day & I told him what I was willing to pay as long as I qualified for 3.99% Lexus credit & he responded 10 minutes later & said manager will accommodate you. I went in at 6 pm & drove away at 8:30 with my wife?s new RX. Staff was very friendly & not pushy I would definitely buy my next vehicle from them in the future.

Had my car serviced and Evan did a really great job of keeping my informed of the process during the repairs.

Pain free experience, car was clean almost new like and dealership detailed and serviced the car like a luxury brand should, electronic paperwork was a breeze to follow and fill out.

I was reached out by Edgard against my query for a quote. From the get go he was super helpful and clear. He gave me a great deal and spent some 1.5 hour on the phone to go over all the numbers for the lease. Once I had all the numbers laid in front of me ( like MSRP, sale price, cap cost, adj cap cost, base rent, tax and final monthly premium) I knew I was getting a great deal. Next day I went in and he along with his manager assisted me with professionalism and I came out a happy customer. Will definitely recommend these guys.

Hands down the best car buying experience I've ever had! AREZU (AZ) is truly amazing! I've been having a very difficult time finding a GX 460 in a specific trim and color locally in the SF Bay Area. I found the one I've been looking for, only issue it was at BH Lexus, 400 miles away...turns out, not an issue at all!! AZ went above and beyond to earn my business and make it very easy. I filled out the credit application online at noon, AZ had the car delivered to me in San Francisco at 7pm! Talk about service! Talk about going above and beyond.. I've been to most of the Lexus dealerships in the Bay Area and not one has come close to the level of professionalism and customer service I've received from Jim Falk Lexus Of Beverly Hills. Aleem drove up to deliver the car and flew back to Los Angeles! He was more than helpful and patient walking me through the paperwork and going over the features of the car. A true class act. Al Khan Wad my dealer at south country lexus branch. just from talking to him on the phone I felt his honesty and dedicated care. I drove 2 hours to buy the car since he manage to give me a very good price and a great service. Al is one of the best , he drove my car to LA , walked me through all the steps to connect my phone to the car and more , he offered to be available for me with any future questions .
