Picked the RX350 off the website while it was in transit. Paul reached out to me and I let him know that I was extremely interested in the vehicle. We arranged to have it held for us. We got there shortly after they opened and were met by Paul. After a short test drive we went back to the dealership and completed the deal. The time to complete the transaction was long, but not excessive. They also provided water and snacks. I’m very very happy with my new RX350 and will go back for my next one.

I purchased 3 cars from Carlton at TCL over the years, but due to geographics I don't do much with them anymore. I needed a receipt from a year ago for some minor parts I purchased. I sent a request and literally within minutes Stewart in parts emailed me the receipt. It has to be the worlds record. I have forgotten how good they are.

A terrific experience with Jose as my guide with necessary periodic maintenance. My Lexus needed very little service at this time. This is my 5th Lexus. I started purchasing them in 1991.

Great attitude and huge knowledge of all things Lexus. Good communicator and worked with me to get my scheduled test drive and had everything ready. I am not one to place reviews but we experienced the most impressive service from Park Place Lexus. We purchased our second Lexus before realizing it did not have some of the features our older one did. We first talked to David Barrychuck, Parts Director, at Grapevine Park Place. We hadn't even bought our car at the Grapvine location. David went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.
