They are very organized, friendly, not pushy and are upfront with their pricing, no hidden fees or tricks. My teenager came with me and while waiting, they treated her to whatever snack she wanted. Mo (Muamer) and Tanner are who I worked with and they are amazing! And the service dept. was friendly and quick. I won't buy a car from anyone else.

He and the technicians at Kendrick Lexus Kansas City North have consistently given my 2005 RX 330 excellent care and are the primary reason I will not have my care serviced anywhere else.

Service was completed in a timely fashion. Had an issue after I returned home and it was very difficult to speak to someone in the service department. Left several messages, none of which were returned.
