Good price for the oil change compared to the quick change places. Vehicle check over and I wasn?t pestered to spend more. They were busy and it took close to two hours. But class service.

Was in for a quick oil change. The service reps are always friendly and keep you informed. I like the automated notification system for inspections and repairs.

Adam Martinez my service representative was excellent, he kept me informed the entire time my vehicle was in for a recall. They performed an inspection of the vehicle and determined that I needed to have an alignment which they took care of. Was all and all a good experience.

From the inquiry to the purchase …by far this was the most pleasant auto purchase I have experienced. I live out of state and had faith in the dealership after my first contact with them. Doug answered all my questions and went out of his way to make the purchase a positive experience. They told me the 8 year old car I was buying was as n good shape. That was an understatement this car was phenomenal in like brand new condition. This was my first online buying experience of a car over 9 hours away (by car). Needless to say I was apprehensive. I am a picky car person like them clean all there and looking like new. Jim (Sales) and Christian (Finance) were fantastic to work with at West Side Lexus. I worked with Jim during the week to secure a Saturday appointment. Arrived at 1109a and was driving off the lot in my “new to me” car at 12:35p. Everyone there was friendly and the customer waiting area is great, lots of space and a pretty decent hot chocolate in their fancy coffee machine :D 10/10 recommend
