Doug answered all my questions and went out of his way to make the purchase a positive experience. Though I live out of state, I will definitely contact them if I am ever in the need for another automobile. They told me the 8 year old car I was buying was as n good shape. That was an understatement this car was phenomenal in like brand new condition. This was my first online buying experience of a car over 9 hours away (by car). Needless to say I was apprehensive. I am a picky car person like them clean all there and looking like new. Adam Martinez my service representative was excellent, he kept me informed the entire time my vehicle was in for a recall. They performed an inspection of the vehicle and determined that I needed to have an alignment which they took care of. Was all and all a good experience.
