Great, however? I was in the service bay almost 20 minutes as the service advisor stated that they were short a number of staff that day. He proceeded to take my information ask if the oil change and tire rotation with the only necessities that I had for the appointment and I said, yes, he personally found me in the lobby upon completion was always polite.Ed

He was extremely busy and he still made a point to make sure I understood everything I needed to know. The dealership was fair with me on my trade-in. They were transparent with their pricing and did not have any hidden costs that were a surprise to me when I sat down with the finance office. I’ve found other dealerships around the Denver area not so honest and straightforward with me. That’s why I will be referring all my friends and family to Stevinson dealerships and Jodi specifically with Lexus of Frederick. I can’t say enough about how happy I am with the entire team.
