He answered all our questions. He was very efficient in processing our paperwork and the set up our financing appointment. After the car was detailed, he spent additional time with us integrating our phones with the car system and went through all the electronic features the car offered. First and foremost, called 2 hours prior of going to look at BMW they had in the lot, over the phone Steven(sales) was full of energy, very welcoming, ended the conversation with drive safe, and that the car will be ready for me. Mind you I’m coming up from San Diego, I arrived with open arms and immediately got to test driving, Steven and his team made my whole experience go very smoothly, explaining each step of the way throughout the loan process. They even gave me a better loan APR rate after I said I would bring my own financing. I was really impressed and happy with how, him and his team handled everything.

I bought an LX 570 from out of state, and I had an excellent experience. Vinny was my salesman, and he was very helpful throughout the process. After the sale, they noticed a dent on the hood when the vehicle was getting loaded up to ship to me. They contacted me to apologize that they had not noticed it before, and they told me to get it fixed and it would be on them! I had not even asked about dents! When I got the LX it was beautiful. However, I noticed that the owner's manual was missing. When I contacted Vinny, he said they would get one shipped out to me. In short, excellent service, even after the sale. I would definitely buy from them again.
