I had been in search for this particular vehicle well over a couple of months, up in my home state of NJ as well as in the area we spend the winter season I reached out to this dealership and made contact with salesperson Alex Bondarevsky. I told him what I was looking for and he searched his inventory and the same as all the other Lexus dealers this model was not presently available. Alex and I spoke frequently, he called me one day to tell me the dealer had a GX 550 on the way to the port and it met all of my wants. It took over six weeks for the GX to be delivered to Lexus of West Palm Beach but the time frame was perfect. Alex kept me updated throughout the entire process and it was a pleasure meeting him personally when the vehicle was delivered to me.
