Very Luxurious Car inside and out, super reliable, never had any issues, drove the S500 and BMW 7 series before buying and liked this much better. Bought it used but it felt brand new. It is the best value luxury car available. Really amazing on long road trips or when you are in the car all day, it is like driving around in a recliner or a living room couch.

I’ve always had great customer service and repairs done on my car anytime I’ve had to bring it in for preventative maintenance. Having the car washed is an added perk. I Have owned five Rx350’s. I live in a rural town in South Carolina and drive a lot. I have a 15 that has 207000 trouble free miles. I’ve only done normal maintenance. I bought a 14 about a year ago that was one owner with 54000. It now has 76000 on it. The 15 was built in Canada and the 14 was build in Japan. We Love the Rx350 although We don’t like the body style on the 16 up.

Love this car. Sitting in the driver’s seat is so comfortable. Silky smooth engine. Rides so nice and quiet. We have looked for this color Grecian water for a long time. Wanted no newer than a 2022 because we didn’t want the 4 cylinder. The 3.5 V6 runs so smooth. Would definitely recommend the purchase of this SUV.

The interior is spacious with all the amenities found in other mid-size luxury SUVs. When the windows are all up, it is very quiet. The engine and transmission are very smooth, quiet and powerful. The exterior design is elegant. The braking system is responsive and does not require too much force to adjust the braking distance. Overall, this is an excellent mid-size SUV.

This 2021 RX is a great vehicle, everything about the RX is high quality, quiet, quick, smooth, well built. Only complaint is cabin is built so tight that I farted in car at airport parking lot. Came back two weeks later from a trip overseas and it still stunk inside.

After 20 years of dreaming, I found my Egyptian Sand Pearl ‘03 beauty with 142910 original miles. Got most of its records and it had great care! I have changed all the fluids and timing belt water-pump Tensioner, thermostat, hoses & radiator to drive everyday in the summer and fall! Mileage on super has been 19.8 to 22 mpg mostly city driving ! It has been nothing short of a fantastic cruiser! Make sure you do the tb and wp every 9 yrs or 90000 miles and the engine will be bulletproof.

After owning Toyotas since 1984, decided to upgrade to a Lexus…. Best decision I’ve ever made regarding SUV…. Sharp looking, beautiful interior, ride is very comfortable and hold its value…. It certainly won’t be my last!! Excellent reliability…. You won’t be disappointed!!

Overall I like the car....Coming from an RX350 I do miss the larger storage in the back of the car. Great gas mileage and in the Sports Mode good acceleration. Apple Car Play is very nice.

I love the truck capability combined with first class comfort. My GX has everything I need, and nothing I don’t. Long term value, combined with old school charm is hard to beat. Where else can you find a school bus mirror combined with sun glass holder? My third Lexus and will not be my last.

After owning this vehicle for 3 years I have not had any major issues aside for oil changes and preventative maintenance. Everything about owning this car has been a great experience!!

The only thing is not making it perfect. Whenever I turn the engine off, everything is shut down, and to play my music, I have to turn it on to put the engine in suspension.

Bought the RX with 130,000 miles on it and put on only 11,000 miles in the year. It's the, 'wife's' car. We use it a lot on the weekends. Had to replace the rear shocks which really improved an already smooth ride. A spouse complaint is that there is no where to put your sunglasses like you can on the ES. My RX is a 2012 so we do not have a heated steering wheel. Wish we did. Overall, we love the car, and will probably look for another used Lexus!! Smooth ride!

Bought a used BMW Z4 from an online ad from this dealership and had them deliver it to me. The car arrived and is just as advertised. In my opinion, the 2020 Lexus ES is the best midsize sedan on the market. Featuring a 3.5L Naturally aspirated V6 making 302 HP and 267 (not 266) pounds feet of torque, it’s 195 inches long with a wheel base of 113 inches which makes this drive like a boat, it drives a lot like its bigger brother, the LS—luxurious and composed— but that’s more of a yacht compare to ES. Firstly I’m going to highlight my experience with the car daily driving it. I absolutely love this car, on start up while the engine is cold it is a bit jerky, I’m referring to the Asian 8 speed tranny, it doesn’t like cold fluids what so ever, the engine is loud as it use direct injection instead of the port injection (D4s) while cold. But after it warms up it’s like floating on a cloud, even over bostons worst roads, wind noise is minimal, road noise is non existence and the ambiance of the cabin is amazing, I love driving it, dry smooth, I doesn’t hunt for gears as much as people say but it does jerk at times at low speeds especially if your coming to a stop and you let on the gas instead of hitting zero, it shocks the car and the tranny jerks you into 2nd, turns are very bubbly you feel like your on a bouncy castle, I also need to highlight the personality of ES, 302 HP.. this ain’t no itty bitty 4 banger, ain’t no civic, this is an ES, its own world, it’s fast.. it has no forced induction so from a roll yes you are slow but highway speeds? Man the linear power delivery, it’s so smooth and fast, I can go 120 no problem, I love it so much, but that’s not what the cars about.. but I can be.. it has its limits. The FWD system is fine, 0 torque steer.. I mean there’s a bit but it only becomes prominent if you don’t know how to drive lol, the unibody construction is very planted and structurally intact. It can take an emergency panic steer at 45 MPH easy & hard breaking is done like a champ. The triple beam head lights are amazing the way they follow the direction of the wheel at night. I don’t really have any complaints about ES, besides that jerky tranny but it’s only on cold starts and only when you don’t know how to drive it. The safety systems are lovely, I really like the Lexus touch pad, I love seeing my screen on a sunny day finger print free!! Makes it look elegant, never been a touch screen fan to begin with, I just don’t like how Lexus stops you from being able to interact with the touch pad while the car is in motion but it’s a safety feature. It’s not a perfect car but xxxx is it a great one.. I had Lexus’ my whole life so maybe I’m biased.. I encourage reads to look up the downs sides.. you’ll see people always say the tranny is jerky.. nothing else beside that. And the maintenance? Can’t beat 90$ at the DEALERSHIP I love it, it’s cheap to run and oh it takes regular!! Huge win!! People turn heads when in drive in.. because I have THE Lexus ES, guys skip the base get the triple beams and it elevates your car, the ultra luxury package is amazing, I have every available option you could of speced back in 2020, it’s just such a nice car I love it!!! Please guys buy an ES if you want a smooth reliable comfortable sedan, if you wanna go go go, or something cheaper get a BMW. Or a Honda.

I had to get this LX570 since it is the last year of the mighty 5.7L V8. Traded my GX460 for it and while GX was a very nice truck, this one is on a whole different level. Comfort? Superb! Power? Gobbles of it! Seating position? Supreme! Fuel economy? LOL! If you buy a 5.7L V8 4WD 6000lbs SUV and worry about fuel economy - you just bought a wrong car! Sell it and buy a Prius! If it remains reliable I intend to keep it for the next 10+ years! Yes market is crazy right now and gas prices are through the roof, but if you ever wanted to have a tough off-road V8 beast dressed in a fine suit - this is your last chance to grab one of those in pristine condition.

The 2019 RX 350L used SUV I purchased at Lexus of Santa Fe is the most Technological and most options I have ever received in Vehicle ownership. This is my 5 th Lexus I have purchased and even though it is pre owned one ownership it is by far the best.
