The 2018 LS500h RWD was on the dealer's lot for nearly 18 months. No one seemed to want it. But I (we) did! We haggled, beat up the sales people, they beat us up, and in the end my wife won. In late 2019, we traded a 2018 RX450h, less than a year old, and bought the luxury version LS w/dynamic suspension, massaging seats, etc) for less than half the asking price out-the-door with extended warranty and service packages (b/c of lot depreciation(!)) and my wife's insistence that everything be a fixed price. They had to reverse engineer the paperwork to suit. So, this car now has nearly 20K miles on it, and the last time on the highway from my sister's to our home (~210 miles) WI to IL, the LS500h averaged 36.3mpg! That is crazy for 75mph + on the freeways and snaking around streets here in a ~4800 lb. vehicle. Around the area in Will and DuPage counties, this LS averages about 29mpg in the summer and 25mpg in the winter. And it is comfortable as a feather to drive. Yes, the automatic shifting could be smoother, but we found that in the "normal" mode and Sport mode especially the shifting was just fine (and quick - I can lay rubber with it). Tire wear is a bit noticeable as this point, b/c this is a heavy vehicle. But I have never driven any more comfortable auto in my 73 years on the planet. Lexus did a very nice job with the hybrid version of the LS in 2018.

Came out from Long Beach to see an Audi Q7, It was a car I was looking for specifically and they had it. They took care of me from phone call to dealership and treated me well. The car was everything it was described to be and more. I would recommend them for they are upfront and knowledgeable in the whole process.

My beloved 2010 IS 250 needed more in repairs than it was worth. I asked to be put on the list (yes, it’s come to that these days) for a new car. The wonderful salesman at Ray Catena Lexus of White Plains asked if I was interested in a used car. Of course, said I. When he showed me the 2019 IS 300, I fell in love! Midnight blue with a camel interior, low mileage, and certified by Lexus. So far, so great! So many more features than my 2010. It’s a smoother ride than my IS 250; I have to get used to that , as my 250 hugged every curve. But I’m totally in love with this car!

All good, except you ran out of transmission fluid , for my C8. no problem caused a day delay. Reception area is crowded. Very busy place

The only thing is not making it perfect. Whenever I turn the engine off, everything is shut down, and to play my music, I have to turn it on to put the engine in suspension.

I love this car, especially the gas milage, getting 45 to 50 mpg. It is comfortable, quiet, and a joy to drive. My only complaint is that there is just too many features to choose from. I am sure I will never figure it all out. For example, how do I keep the back doors from locking when the car sits overnight? The owners manual is useless!

Rides great high priced vehicle not worth 70,000 maybe 45,000 other than price runs great looks great after a year.would recommend Toyota quit price gauging your gonna lose customers for this.

We bought a 2022, 350IS Lexus, we are very happy with the deal we received. Since then I have taken it in for regular maintenance appointments, they were very helpful & professional. I was even given a loaner car for the day, so I wouldn’t have to sit around waiting all day. Everyone we dealt with were very friendly. After my windows were tinted, my husband mentioned he wants his done (his is not a Lexus) they said bring it in we can do it, so we did, they did a great job on both cars.

I had the absolute best experience buying my RX350 from Hendricks Lexus of Pleasanton. Absolutely no pressure, and my sales person was so knowledgeable. To be fair, he sells a great product which makes it easier but he still put in 100% effort and I sox months later I absolutely love my car. I have had it serviced and the experience has extended to that as well with caring, obviously happy staff that treat customers as family. They even videoed my service appointment to show me how everything was going! My RX350 is a space ship! It is so comfortable, so luxurious and feels so safe with so many features. It handles so well, has great pick up and the seats are incredibly comfortable. Features like camera rear view mirrors, heated steering wheel and the assisted driving are things I just didnt expect but am spoiled to enjoy!

I think this Lexus new model TX nails all the bells and whistles for a three row vehicle, and with the 2025 model TX Im waiting to see what else they can improve on.

Temecula Valley Lexus Service turned what could’ve been a vacation-ruining nightmare into a master-class in customer care. While road-tripping from Phoenix, the serpentine belt on my LX570 shredded, wrapped itself around the fan clutch, and mangled the front of the engine bay. Google Maps showed another Lexus dealer closer, yet Temecula Valley Lexus’ spotless looking facility (Google maps pics) and stellar ratings convinced me to gamble on the longer tow—and I’m grateful I did. Even though I rolled up in a rented Chevy work truck, the service team welcomed me like I’d just driven onto their service drive floor with my lexus. Service Consultant Adam Caughron listened patiently to my whole “out-of-state, vacation-clock-is-ticking” tale and, despite a no appointments available schedule for days, promised to make my LX a priority. By the next morning he’d already called with a clear diagnosis and confirmed parts on order. The next couple evenings, Adam and the technician (an unsung hero I wish I’d caught by name) stayed past 10:30 p.m., both wrenching side-by-side to get me back on the road. The following day I picked up a perfectly repaired LX, checked out of my rental vehicle, and headed home on schedule. Just picked up 2024 RX350 Premium+. Overall a nice car. I’m not a big fan of the 4 cyl. Powertrain however. Rather noisy and fuel economy is about the same as the 6 cyl. In my old 2019 RX with premium fuel required. Not a great trade off. New technology is pretty good and touch screen is much. Etter than the old RX touch pad. I think this is a better value than BMW X5 or Genesis GV80 with much better resale value.

Bought this 2009 RX350 in September of 08. I've owned Volvo, Acura, Mercedes and Range Rover (the worst!). Just about to hit 300,000 miles with VERY few problems. Love the car. But as stated earlier in some reviews the dashboard has developed many hair line cracks. That's why I gave it a 4 on interior. But still the very best car I have ever owned and will now only buy Lexus/Toyota vehicles.

Fun to drive. Handles very well. The only draw back I have is the use of premium gas especially at these high gas prices. Overall good.

I bought my 08 ES a little over a month ago with 144k on it. So far I am genuinely LOVING this car. I don’t think I’ll ever not drive a Lexus from here on out. I’ve already put almost 2k on it because I just have so much fun driving it! The 272 HP is kinda crazy, it’s very quick! Never drove a car with that much horsepower before so I was shocked LOL. Very comfy to be in and really hard to believe it’s an 08. I have the backup camera so it really makes me feel like I’m in a newer car. Can’t say enough good things. I will be driving this “til the wheels fall off”! Go buy one if you need a “new” reliable ride. You won’t regret it :D
