Fantastic SUV. Swiss Army Knife of SUVs. Snow, towing, hauling, groceries, and going to a nice dinner, this SUV does it all. Mine is 2017 Luxury with Driver Assist package fully loaded with tow package and captain's chairs. It is my 8th Lexus (my wife has her 3rd RX 350, my daughter has IS 250, and I have had an LS 460L ($104K car!) and two GX 350s, all loaded. All perfect and zero issues. I live in Ohio and I run Blizzak snow tires in winter. The traction is amazing. The sound system is better than in my LS and it is quieter than the LS. I hated my LS due to tiny trunk and is the only Lexus that did not suit my needs and taste, FWIW. I am 59 and retired aerospace engineer, and will drive my GX until it no longer runs, I no longer run, or there is no more gas to buy. I have been a Toyota/Lexus fanboy for 20+ years. The GX does everything that I want it to do and it does it very well. I enjoy it that much.

Was a very easy process. Got a trade in value for our vehicle ahead of going to the dealership. Car was ready for us to see when we got there. They didn’t try to put us in anything other than the vehicle we were interested in. Whole process from when we got there to driving off with the new car was only a little over two hours.

The interior is spacious with all the amenities found in other mid-size luxury SUVs. When the windows are all up, it is very quiet. The engine and transmission are very smooth, quiet and powerful. The exterior design is elegant. The braking system is responsive and does not require too much force to adjust the braking distance. Overall, this is an excellent mid-size SUV.

From the minute I hit submit, the replies I received from Trong Huyhn were prompt, to the point, polite and informative. I am one who hates buying cars, but Trong made me believe in the "Sewell Experience"

I love the truck capability combined with first class comfort. My GX has everything I need, and nothing I don’t. Long term value, combined with old school charm is hard to beat. Where else can you find a school bus mirror combined with sun glass holder? My third Lexus and will not be my last.

Overall, Vandergriff Chevrolet service dept. did an excellent job on my repair. With an extended warranty, the repairs cost nothing. But if I do critique anything, is the trying to get me to spend $1,200 in new battery cables. There was nothing wrong with them.

You must be pretty spoiled not to like this car... plus it will last forever with low repair cost... Top of the line Toyota!~ lol..

I do not like car buying what so ever! That all changed as of 72hrs. ago. Let me just say that Hunter and Nick were awesome from start to finish. They made the process simple. Hunter took me on a test drive and had my paperwork ready to go! Zach in Finance took 15 minutes?! 15 MINUTES!! When is the last time that has happened for anyone? After owning Toyotas since 1984, decided to upgrade to a Lexus…. Best decision I’ve ever made regarding SUV…. Sharp looking, beautiful interior, ride is very comfortable and hold its value…. It certainly won’t be my last!! Excellent reliability…. You won’t be disappointed!!

Other than the power locks going out too fast, which is not cheap to repair, especially as often as they go out, this car is a dream to drive, as well as own. Repairs are few, as I got it in 2016 with just under 90k. Here it is in Sept of 2024, and I have another thousand and it will be 300k, with again, very little maintenance to speak of. I will be buying Lexus from here on out.

I was so fortunate to have Audi of Plano determine the root cause of an issue that I had on my last Audi when another dealership refused to even acknowledge that there was a problem. Dealership service departments often get a bad wrap, but I must say, in my experience Audi Plano is an exception to the rule and it’s because the people like Jorge and Ricky.

I bought a 2022_NX 350. Rides great. Seats are really comfortable. My only complaint is that it requires premium gas and I've asked why many times. I've learned most of what I know on my own.

Bought the car used from my current dealer and I can't say enough good things about it, mine is an IS300 f sport AWD with the 3.5 v6. Driving, the car is very comfortable, the v6 has more then enough power with the added benefit of being fuel efficient. There are 2 main flaws with the vehicle which are very minor in my opinion, 1 is front tire wear, it can be easily fixed but upgrading the lower control arm bushings, and Secondly the infotainment screen, no Apple caraway or android auto for the year, but can be easily upgraded! All in all this is the perfect mix of reliability and performance you'd expect from toyota, would recommend this car to anyone

Chris Calltharp did an excellent job finding us the perfect luxury suv, a QX 60. We visited many other dealerships to look at an explorer, pathfinder, blazer, rx350, Range Rover, Toyota and some used suvs at Carmax. I was not really impressed with anyone else’s knowledge or simple honesty. I applaud Chris for ensuring that this was a positive experience for my wife. She is extremely happy with her new 60! Second NX I’ve owned. My ‘17 NX200 had zero issues the 5 years I owned it. The ‘24 NX 350 FSport has everything I want and some things I didn’t know I would enjoy. I appreciate the upgraded engine and 275hp. The programmable “custom” settings is something I was surprised to have. Besides Sport and Eco mode, you can program the vehicle to where the steering and suspension is tight but you have normal throttle/shift points. The upgraded stereo is plenty loud although the “hey Lexus” infotainment is slow and still kind of clunky, albeit better than the old platform. The associated Lexus app is user friendly, and the credit card key replacing the key fob is a subtle but welcome change: one less thing to carry. Overall it is a fantastic vehicle and has aggressive lines and adequate performance that I thing rivals anything in its class. Couple that with Toyota reliability and you have a winner. Certainly worth looking at it, I’d contend worth the purchase.

Great service from Ricky and Bri. Smooth purchase transaction, not pushy and open to hearing and accommodating requests. Quick responses through email and text to all my questions. The value of my trade-in was lower than expected, and I was not able to work a deal for my Cayman. A bit puzzled and disappointed, but I understand Porsche dealers may have to bring used cars to a certain standard before offering them for resale. Financially, it was better to sell my used car elsewhere.

August 14, 2022 The only things that I am disappointed with the 2022 NX 350 are: 1) Software issues with CarPlay. 2) Luggage racks that came three months after purchase. 3) Purchase of tow package with car but no tow hitch accessory available through Lexus. The latter is most offensive in that Lexus built in a tow package, with an associated cost, into my car but there is not a tow hitch available to use. If a tow package is offered, and is purchased, Lexus should assure the customer that they can attach a tow hitch!
