The only negative thing I can say about this car is that it lacks sportiness in both driving feel and appearance. but other than that, it is simply fantastic. Super reliable, low maintenance costs and drives very well. You simply can't go wrong with an ES350 (or it's lesser cousin, the Toyota Avalon). They last forever!

I've had mine for 2 years now. Bought it new at Lexus of Louisville. The service there is excellent. I have the sport model and I couldn't be more satisfied. The ride is smooth. The gas mileage is great. The small size is all I need. The back seats lay down if I need extra room. It has good power for me and I would buy it again.

Great place to buy a car I was extremely pleased with the assistance I got from Fahad Dawood at Okaz Motors. I needed a car for my college student and had very specific needs. We had spent all day looking for cars and didn't find any cars that had what we were looking for at the price we wanted. He had just the car we wanted and gave us a decent break on the price so we could afford to buy it. It only came with one key and had a chip in the windshield, and he made us a 2nd key and fixed the chip in the windshield for no extra cost. I would highly recommend Fahed as he didn't use any high pressure sales tactics and helped us find the right car for the right price and addressed all the issues we had.

Other than the power locks going out too fast, which is not cheap to repair, especially as often as they go out, this car is a dream to drive, as well as own. Repairs are few, as I got it in 2016 with just under 90k. Here it is in Sept of 2024, and I have another thousand and it will be 300k, with again, very little maintenance to speak of. I will be buying Lexus from here on out.

Lexus will always be a great purchase doesn't matter what you choose. You can't go wrong period I am a previous owner of alexis.E s three fifty, and I am a lexus nx200t owner the gas is pretty much the same. You save on fuel great mileage. Great stability on the road, very quiet drive. Same maintenance as an ES350 my insurance remains the same, even though I have a small SUV you can't beat that. LUXURY ON A BUDGET

After having a less than positive experience at a different Hyundai dealership, I was extremely relieved to find such a helpful and honest salesperson in Darko. He wasn’t pushy at all and was quite patient with me as I worked through all my questions. And while I did have to bring the vehicle back upon realizing that the door jambs had not been properly cleaned before I was given the keys, I am loving my new Palisade! Overall, from the person who greeted us when we first walked in, to the first time I drove it off the lot, the staff at Gregory Hyundai made this a smooth car-buying experience. I bought my 2018 Lexus ES350 "previously owned" in 2021. It had 18K miles on it and was Lexus Certified. It now has 30K miles on it and has been a good car for me. I love this car and would buy it all over again. It is a smooth running car and has been reliable. It is a comfortable car with great looks. The only downside is the "unusual" user interface center console control. This model year did not have a touch screen. I have adapted to the big square button used to manipulate the display screen and it's not so bad. Other than that, no complaints so far. I hope Lexus continues to offer the ES350 in the future. It is a classy, reliable car that I intend on keeping for quite some time.

I bought my car G80 here when it was Pugi ,and I had service issues with GPS. I was begging to think I made a mistake buying a Genesis. Since Castel took over, they had some issues in the transition. But Castle has changed how I feel about Genesis. I really see them striving to achieve a premium service. Great Job Castle Genesis. Thank you for changing how I feel about my Genesis purchase again. And the G80 is truly a premium car Thank you.

Best car exer - except cost cuts for 2017- no more leather and wood accents like thy were in my 2011 ES3500. Maybe next one will be more posh? ;-)

2018 Lexus ES350 purchased as Certified Pre Owned Typically receive great service from Germain Lexus. Car has decent acceleration, ride is good however seats can be some what hard after 6 hours behind the wheel, technology is lagging with no ability to upgrade in reference to android auto or apple car play, handling and breaking is very good.

Wide selection and no haggle are a plus over other dealerships. I like being able to see how many different makes and models. CarMax is the only place I will shop

I love everything about this car. It handles great. The layout of the dash is perfect. The gas mileage is outstanding. The hatch back is great for golf clubs, hiking gear and biking gear. There is plenty of room for anything.

I bought this gorgeous new design and plan to keep it for at least 10 years more. The seat belt is designed to touch the body without feeling it and strong enough to support your entire body. It feels like I'm driving on cloud. Last month I left it at the shop, and the company lent us a similar one from 2025. With the difference in updates, it drives no differently than the 2016. Before buying this car, I tested four brands comparable to the Lexus, and it was far superior in comfort and design.

Rear ended in a blowing rainstorm at 70+ mph such an impact as to bend the chassis to ground level st the receiver hitch. All the doors were jammed and the door frames crumpled. My wife suffered a cracked vertebrae NO OTHER INJURIES. A LIFE SAVER. 1999 model LX 470 w 148,000 miles. Shop carefully and BUY a nice used one. Safe-comfortable but not cheap. How much is a child's life worth ??? Sammy

Overall, I love this car. However, I have yet to figure out how the intermittent wipers work. Why did they put a cheesy clock that doesn't work in such an other wise fine car?

Had an opportunity to buy a car for my son and we stopped in to Oswego Motors. They were very helpful in know our price range and what we were looking for. What an amazing car, I bought mine with 105,000 miles and have put nearly 3,000 miles on it in just about one month. It rides and drives like a dream! The styling has definitely held up well, it doesn't look dated or strange for a 15 year old car. In fact I get compliments on mine all the time! The fit and finish are Lexus top notch and I am averaging 28 mpg in city and highway mixed driving! The V-6 is fast and silky smooth. I look forward to driving her every day! I think the only negative is that the technology is from 2009 so don't expect much but it was top of the line back then so it was good for it's day. The premium stereo (not Mark Levinson) is awesome, and the seats are ultra comfy too. I hope to hit 300k miles with my ES350!!! Best car I've ever owned!

I found the car I was looking for online at Zone Motors and dealt with the general manager Ray. He was very responsive to my questions and provide all documentation quickly. He assisted with my online car purchasing experience. He was accommodating to my selected auto appraiser who inspected the car and was very honest and up-front on the condition and state of the car. We reached a fair price and he assisted with completing the sale quickly. There was no pressure or issue with getting Ray on the phone or email requests. After the sale he was very responsive to questions and assistance with the shipping and paper work process. This was one of the best car buying experiences I have had in over 25 years and 5 vehicles.

We bought the 300h used with 23000 miles on it and have had an excellent reliable and fun car. It is now our daughters car and see won’t give it back to her mother. It is still great looking and in excellent shape. Looking to get at least 75000 more miles out of this car if not more. Still averaging 35 mph.
