Simply an amazing piece of tech. We purchased ours last year with 260,000kms on it for $7000. The battery still works well, enough to go a few kilometers just on battery power! Only issue we've had is some noisy rear wheel bearings which will eventually have to be replaced (about $1000 labour and parts). All and all, we are extremely satisfied!

Great luxury SUV especially for city and short trip. ONLY ONE (1) major complaint involves Lexus GPS system being the clumsiest of any vehicle I have driven or owned. The ONE complaint. Have owned 3 Lexus' SUV's and optimistically waited for Lexus to rectify AND introduce a gps system equal to all of the other technology pluses of Lexus....but ALAS. N O T! My wife and I travel from Virginia all the way to buy a 2015 Subaru Outback Limited from this dealership. The price was the best we could find on the market after searching for about 2 months. The most important thing about this dealership to me is not about the price but about their honesty and hospitality. The whole family is very nice. The new service facility is quite nice. I dropped my car for a recall cable protection service. Waiting area was And help with better alignment because of mismatch tire that I had put on. Overall great service on my RAV4 hybrid

The car is great. It is extremely roomy, but it handles very well. My only negative is that it has a small gas tank and gets so few miles to the gallon so you feel like you are filling it up all the time if you drive a lot like I do. Otherwise it is an amazing car Lexus out did themselves with this one!

I Have owned five Rx350’s. I live in a rural town in South Carolina and drive a lot. I have a 15 that has 207000 trouble free miles. I’ve only done normal maintenance. I bought a 14 about a year ago that was one owner with 54000. It now has 76000 on it. The 15 was built in Canada and the 14 was build in Japan. We Love the Rx350 although We don’t like the body style on the 16 up.

The salesman, Johnny Brown, was very personable. He didn't pressure us to do anything which was refreshing. The dealership, however, added approximately $4,000 to the price for miscellaneous fees (not including tax) which if very high in my opinion. We were able to come to an agreement, but feel we maybe should have paid a little less. The care needed a small touchup in two places and an A was missing from elantra . Still waiting for the "a" to arrive as well as touch-up paint.

My beloved 2010 IS 250 needed more in repairs than it was worth. I asked to be put on the list (yes, it’s come to that these days) for a new car. The wonderful salesman at Ray Catena Lexus of White Plains asked if I was interested in a used car. Of course, said I. When he showed me the 2019 IS 300, I fell in love! Midnight blue with a camel interior, low mileage, and certified by Lexus. So far, so great! So many more features than my 2010. It’s a smoother ride than my IS 250; I have to get used to that , as my 250 hugged every curve. But I’m totally in love with this car!

I had a great experience from start to finish with Justin and the staff. I did not have a car to get there but seen a 07 Yukon Denali on the website with no pictures yet. I spoke to Justin and he explained they just got it in and they did not take pictures yet. Justin took pictures and videos of the whole truck. He even went under the car for video and pics of the undercarriage. I been looking for a car for a little over a month and the bait and switch the dealers did was not fair. 101 motors not only understood what I was looking for but they did not try and make me feel uncomfortable by showing me cars I could not afford. I dealt with Justin as a salesman and Joshua the manager in finance and I could not be happier with the service I received. If anyone asks me where to look for a car I will tell them to go to 101 motors because they know how to treat their customers. I cannot thank Justin and Joshua enough because the nightmare of not having a car for over a month is finally over.

We've owned our 2015 GS-350 F Sport AWD model for 10 years and have had zero issues. Drives great, looks great, perfect fit and finish and bulletproof reliability. The F Sport suspension has a rougher ride on bad roads but the tradeoff is great handling. The infotainment system is somewhat dated and takes some getting used to but the audio system is great. Interior materials are top notch and show no wear after 10 years. Paint still looks shiny and new. My local Lexus dealer told me they almost never get these GS350 models back on trades because the customers never want to trade them in and I have to agree!

We bought our Honda here. We found the staff to be kind, and honest and willing to negotiate. Chris was a great help. We will come back in the future.

The V6 is more powerful vs the V8 in the LX 570, the apple car play eliminates the pour controls for stereo, and the new interior is excellent. Overall very happy with the new model, and love the appearance package, with black wheels. Combined with Lexus dealer service great product and service!

Just picked up 2024 RX350 Premium+. Overall a nice car. I’m not a big fan of the 4 cyl. Powertrain however. Rather noisy and fuel economy is about the same as the 6 cyl. In my old 2019 RX with premium fuel required. Not a great trade off. New technology is pretty good and touch screen is much. Etter than the old RX touch pad. I think this is a better value than BMW X5 or Genesis GV80 with much better resale value.

The best car I've ever owned. I've owned Audi's, Chevy's, Nissan, Acura's, and other cars over the years. None have been better, although Acura's are a very close second. I got the car with 75K miles on it, drove it for 8 years, and just sold it with 307K miles on it. Very few problems over the years. Had to replace 2 timing belts, the radiator, alternator, and one wheel bearing. It was such a great car, so I went out and found a low mileage 2009 RX350 (same body style) but with half the miles. As a sales rep, I feel confident with my new(er) RX and am confident I can run this one up to 300K + miles - no worries.

2017 model - Key fob doesn't work! No remote start. Other than that, I cannot possibly be more happy with my purchase. Found an absolute steal after 70 hours of searching. If you're used to anything before 2010, this will make you feel like you purchased a spaceship. Fast enough to make you happy (unless you're only used to 400+ hp cars), reliable, handsome.

Recently bought a 2024 Honda CRV at Route23 Honda. Can not say enough good things about the experience. I chose salesman Yaik Tung based on all the reviews that mentioned his patience, knowledge, etc. So glad I did – he was amazing. I had not bought a new car for 13 years and the new ones had so many features that I did not understand at all that I was very uncomfortable trying to make the right decisions. Yaik patiently answered all my questions and explained how various options would work. He guided me through the whole process and worked hard to get me the model and color I wanted. When I picked it up he made sure everything was set up the way I wanted it to be. Love this truck. It is not a car but a truck. The repeated Lexus standards apply. There is a lot going on with this vehicle. Heavy, solid, and safe. Plus off roading included (Beach for me).

Bought the RX with 130,000 miles on it and put on only 11,000 miles in the year. It's the, 'wife's' car. We use it a lot on the weekends. Had to replace the rear shocks which really improved an already smooth ride. A spouse complaint is that there is no where to put your sunglasses like you can on the ES. My RX is a 2012 so we do not have a heated steering wheel. Wish we did. Overall, we love the car, and will probably look for another used Lexus!! Smooth ride!

I love the truck capability combined with first class comfort. My GX has everything I need, and nothing I don’t. Long term value, combined with old school charm is hard to beat. Where else can you find a school bus mirror combined with sun glass holder? My third Lexus and will not be my last.
