Just picked up 2024 RX350 Premium+. Overall a nice car. I’m not a big fan of the 4 cyl. Powertrain however. Rather noisy and fuel economy is about the same as the 6 cyl. In my old 2019 RX with premium fuel required. Not a great trade off. New technology is pretty good and touch screen is much. Etter than the old RX touch pad. I think this is a better value than BMW X5 or Genesis GV80 with much better resale value.

On top of that he knew exactly what the vehicle issue was and was spot on with his speculation. Best service provider I have had at Toyota and will be requesting him every time I go in!

The interior is spacious with all the amenities found in other mid-size luxury SUVs. When the windows are all up, it is very quiet. The engine and transmission are very smooth, quiet and powerful. The exterior design is elegant. The braking system is responsive and does not require too much force to adjust the braking distance. Overall, this is an excellent mid-size SUV.

First saw this car featured in the 1991 July edition of Road&Track while sitting at a dental clinic. I was 18, a freshman in college driving a beat up Corolla needing a root canal. Dentist passing by saw my jaw drop open and told me to keep it that way later when it's my turn. A sleek 250hp V8 coupe that rocked 16" rims, a premium Nakamichi sound system that came with an optional 12in cd changer, does 0-60 in 6.7secs-I told myself I'll own one someday. 15 yrs later I bought my neighbor's '93. Bulletproof 1UZFE motor. Turnkey car that's buttery smooth in stock form but has potential to become a wild animal whenever mated either simply collectors/headers along with hollow cats on a full NA build - I couldn't get enough of the exhaust pulses through the headers it emits, really awesome! I've done almost everything to it (except FI, sadly it's too much $$$), but I've converted it's only factory option 'auto'slushbox into a 5spd manual (sourced an SC300's trans + drive shaft, mated it to an aftermarket bellhousing), tuner parts -- big win lip, 5zigen exhaust tips, mandrel bends, repainted to paint code Lexus 3R7, Bilstein shocks, H&R sport springs, lowered it to a credit card fender gap-because -moar-low-on-stretched-tire-you name it..After all these years (17), it's time to retire it (just purchased an Audi RS3). However, as much fun I know I will be having with the RS3, I'm still keeping the SC -- after all, the SC's got the RS3 by having that one more extra pedal ---the new universal symbol of 'OG car enthusiast approved'.

I just want to thank everyone involved with our new vehicle purchase!! From Marry (Sales) confirming the vehicle was ACTUALLY on the lot and personally holding onto the keys so no one else could grab them(!), to Christian (Sales Director) and his willingness to work with us to come up with numbers that worked for us both, to Jessi (finance) and her quick, friendly work getting us through our paperwork. Everyone was super friendly and professional. After the purchase we had to return for installation of running boards where we met John Ferrigno (service). Although we were told install would take an hour or two, he told us it would likely be longer - a little disappointing but we had the time to wait. Not even 1 hour later John came up to us to say our install was DONE!! He pushed it to the top of the list - what excellent customer service! And the final kudos goes to Mike Schmidt (service) who took my frantic call today when I couldn't get the liftgate to open or shut (stuck 1/2 way open) Although he tried to talk me through the process over the phone (for a good 15 minutes) I was really frustrated, so he guided me through the process of manually closing the liftgate (so I could get home) and said if we couldn't figure out how to reset it - he'd be glad to help out. Fortunately, we figured it out (lesson learned!) but his calmness and patience helped me not freak out. I don't think most people enjoy the process of vehicle shopping BUT this experience from start to finish was exceptional! Thanks Umansky!

I am 80 years old and just finished up on a 36 month lease. It has 39k miles on it. I have had it professionally detailed twice since I owned it. The interior is saddle and the outside is black. Super Clean

Bought this car new. I will have owned it 9 years March 30, '23. 59,000 miles and still loving everything about it. Recommended maintenance and only one regular (not hybrid) battery that lasted over six years were my only expenses. Still seems new. Everything still works flawlessly. The built-in Lexus Enform roadside assistance system is no longer supported due to newer technology, which is to be expected.

It’s the first Lexus rx to offer luxury and performance with almost self driving tech. Does almost everything with under 6 second acceleration and still gets 27 mpg. I love it!!

My wife arranged the sale over the phone and email. The entire car buying process was made easy by the professionals at Boucher headed up by Mr. Zylka. I flew into Madison and was picked up by "Jim" who really set the bar for the day by picking me up on time, being personable and one of the safest drivers I've ever seen. Once at the dealership I was met by Mr. Hacker who warmly welcomed me and immediately felt like a friend. Throughout the time I spent at Boucher Mr. Hacker exemplified the quality "stellar" he's the kind of guy who doesn't aim for great - he aims to be exemplary. I've bought a car or two and this was the part I was expecting some pressure to purchase some additional protection package or have the numbers previously agreed to change somehow. I could not have been more wrong. Mr. Samy made the paperwork end of the process enjoyable. I was offered add ons to the purchase, but all I had to say was "no" and that was the end of it - no pressure whatsoever. All the numbers previously agreed to were accurately reflected on the purchase contract. I thoroughly enjoyed the whole paperwork end of this process and that's because of the friendly attitude and professionalism of Mr. Samy. Once the paperwork was complete, the car was out front and Mr. Hacker took over an hour with me explaining all the new features of the car I was about to drive 16 hours back home. He was knowledgeable, patient and thorough in his explanations. It seems un-needed, but I hadn't ever sat in the driver's seat of a car with all the technology this car has. I don't need to sing the praises of Cadillac - you either appreciate them or you don't. I do sing praises for Boucher Cadillac and I wouldn't do it if I didn't mean it. The place is full of friendly, happy professionals and if you are going to buy a Cadillac, you will enjoy the experience at Boucher Cadillac - even if you buy from out of state and have to drive 16 hours back :)

All I needed was a test drive to be convinced that the NX350 was the car for my family. Since taking the car home a few weeks ago, I haven't been able to find a single fault with it. It is literally perfect in every way. The exterior and interior are very stylish, the powertrain is incredibly smooth, and the infotainment is miles ahead of what I was expecting from a legacy auto manufacturer. Ever since I moved from Volvo quite a few years ago I have stuck with Lexus RXs. From reading the worst years were w0017 through 2009 and I experienced that after I read about and I also learned that the best years are 2010 through 2015 In terms of suspension tuning and realiability. The best car for the money and AWD is the only way to go!

Love this car. Sitting in the driver’s seat is so comfortable. Silky smooth engine. Rides so nice and quiet. We have looked for this color Grecian water for a long time. Wanted no newer than a 2022 because we didn’t want the 4 cylinder. The 3.5 V6 runs so smooth. Would definitely recommend the purchase of this SUV.

I have owned it for barely two months and I'm so in love with virtually everything both the exquisite interior and the bougous exterior linings, it's a great car and its worth every penny. I will highly recommend it for anyone wanting a classic and comfort laced car for a change.
