Really enjoyed this car buying experience. When the car started acting up they were all over it and fo t it to a Ford dealership for diagnostics. Literally refused to let them send the car back until they were satisfied that my car is tip top. Can't say enough about Dave in sales, Phil their awesome mechanic who advocated for me like it was his own car. Then the GM met with me to talk about the experience and stand behind the car if the same problem recurs. Jessica at the desk made a rough week much nicer. Purchase the car a month ago and already has 850miles. Car feel great in regard,power and maneuverability. Only one major this Miles/gallon. My longest trip was between San Diego and Phoenix and back. On the way there I got max 36.5 m/g. On the way back 35.00. I hardly made it to San Diego. Tank is only 12 gal. so 36/84 m/g ....not true not even 50 miles per gal. Dealer did not explain how to drive, what to do to get maximum miles per gallon. Will take another trip probably 800 miles back and forth, will let you know in my next review

I owned a Lexus ES350 and went to a Ford Explorer. After about six months I realized I was not happy in the Ford and wanted a Lexus again. The car is very comfortable. I'm 6'1 and have no issues in the fit in the drivers seat. I love the design of the interior. I do miss Apple Play, but it isn't a deal breaker. However, it is technology a Lexus should have. I like the wheel better than the pad for the tech system as I think it is easier to navigate. I love the get up and go I have from the engine. It is just enough to know you are stepping on the gas while not being too much. Overall I am very pleased with this car. It is comfortable, performs well, and looks good. You can tell you are in a luxury car versus something bathed in plastic. Lexus has a customer for life here.

I bought car in 2024 with single owner and well maintained at Lexus dealership. Drove almost 20K miles and no other expense other than pcc valves & regular maintenance. Drives lile riding on cloud so silent that few of my buddies newer 2025 year cars don’t keep up to standards. 20 year old car & nothing squeks in interior

All I needed was a test drive to be convinced that the NX350 was the car for my family. Since taking the car home a few weeks ago, I haven't been able to find a single fault with it. The car is great. It is extremely roomy, but it handles very well. My only negative is that it has a small gas tank and gets so few miles to the gallon so you feel like you are filling it up all the time if you drive a lot like I do. Otherwise it is an amazing car Lexus out did themselves with this one!

Fast and dirty. 20+ salesmen all busy. 800 used cars from auction, none of them have been detailed yet. If you need a car today on a sub $15k budget I would go here and detail it yourself. Good place to buy a first car. Don’t buy a luxury item or anything collectible. The the inventory doesn’t turn super fast so every single car will likely need a rotor resurfacing. They had family guy on the tv which I thought was odd for a dealership. Not really dealership vibes, which is good!

Great luxury SUV especially for city and short trip. ONLY ONE (1) major complaint involves Lexus GPS system being the clumsiest of any vehicle I have driven or owned. The ONE complaint. Have owned 3 Lexus' SUV's and optimistically waited for Lexus to rectify AND introduce a gps system equal to all of the other technology pluses of Lexus....but ALAS. N O T! I traded my 2022 Mercedes-Benz GLE450 4Matic for a brand new 2023 Lexus GX460 and could not be happier! I love how solid and substantial the GX feels and even thought it is not at quick as the MB with its turbo inline 6, I love how the V8 engine in my GX sounds and performs with its perfectly matched power train.
