John understood my needs and responded quickly with Jeeps to review - after a bit of humming and hawing on my part, I changed my mind to trucks. I found a truck at another facility, John had it tranferred and within 2 days my soon to be truck arrived - and it is a beauty. John was training Matt and they both demonstrated immense knowledge throughout the interaction and I appreciated the ease of communication (not pushy). I cannot comment on the financing portion of the transaction, but closing went just as smoothly with Hubert and his supervisor. WHile impressed with my transaction I was also impressed with the amount of time that was placed on the training of new employees, or employees transferring. While yes my truck need a repair on the fog lights, it is covered under their warranty, I am highly impressed with my experience. From walking in the front door, to having John take my picture of me and my truck with a giant yellow ribbon... every individual at Carmax truly made the buying and trading experience a wonderful experience. Test drove the IS 250..nice but the IS 350 F sport was superior with enhanced performance and more amenities. Interior and exterior had more unique characteristics with great markings. Sharp looking with all the bells and whistles..worth the extra cost

I’ve had the IS 300 Lexus for three years since 2020 and recently leased the new 2023 FSport IS 350 model from Tri County Lexus in NJ. The car is amazing, decent on gas for a sport car, and performs exquisitely. The newer version has even better safety and electronic features and the seats are surprisingly more comfortable, a perk I wasn’t expecting. The drive is soooo smoothe and it’s stunning on the road. Atomic silver/ red interior/ black trim/ chrome wheels. The service at Tri county is always top notch from the sales reps to the finance assistants. Friendly, helpful and really give a family feel. No complaints 3 years and counting! If you’re thinking about it, Go for it!

This is probably going to be the best car I ever own! Highly reliable, easy to drive and fun to go off roading in. This is the Lexus version of the Toyota Land Cruiser Prado and that should be enough information right there. If you get one of these beast, hold on to it!

I went to McGrath Lexus service center to get an oil change and my experience was extremely pleasant. I came in with my 2 year old son and Mark went above and beyond to make sure we were accommodated quickly and comfortable the entire time of service. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful which made this experience much better than I anticipated (due to me being there with a toddler). I am truly grateful for all of the staff especially Mark. I will be getting all of my services done at this location.

Love this car. Sitting in the driver’s seat is so comfortable. Silky smooth engine. Rides so nice and quiet. We have looked for this color Grecian water for a long time. Wanted no newer than a 2022 because we didn’t want the 4 cylinder. The 3.5 V6 runs so smooth. Would definitely recommend the purchase of this SUV.

Excellent vehicle for performance and style. My son drove it for the last 4 years as he’s going to HS and College. He loved it. The breaks on the F Aport can be pricy to fix. Other than that, it’s a gem.

I did the entire transaction online, which can always be a bit stressful as the dealership is 10 hours away from me. Mike was my sales rep and I cannot imagine anyone being more responsive, thorough, and upfront about every part of the transaction. Fantastic vehicle! I traded my ‘17 on a Range Rover and regret every single day. Here is my issue - performance. At 302, the horsepower is too low for a vehicle of this size. I also have a Volvo S60 T6 and even its engine cranks out more ponies.

I needed a Ford dealership to take care of a couple of recall notices on a 2023 Bronco I purchased used from a non Ford dealership a year ago. I had received a brochure from Hawk Ford in St.Charles, Illinois, and decided to give them a try. To make a long story short, customer service arranged for a pickup of my vehicle at my home the very next day as well as a more than reasonable time frame for the repair, and then delivered my vehicle back to my home about a half hour ahead of the originally scheduled time frame. Because of the fact that I needed recall repair work, there was no charge for either the pickup and delivery, or the actual repairs.The courtesy and customer service extended to me actually left.me speechless. All I have left to say is, I now have a Ford dealership I can rely on. Thanks again Hawk Ford.

Bought a 1 owner GX460 after owning an RX350 for 14 years and 245,000 miles. I LOVED that car. The GX is perfect for my growing family and a little bigger for all of the excess a toddler has in baggage. Will always buy Lexus. Reliability beyond compare!!

2024 NX 350 F Sport has some great options I didn't know I'd ever need. Being able to customize just about everything is great. The Lexus system itself is easy to use but takes getting used to coming from a 2019 Jeep Compass Sport. Heads-up display, the large display screen is great, although I will say the climate controls are a bit awkward to use. It's easy enough to turn off, but turning it on is another issue. The safety features are awesome, from not being able to open the driver door if traffic is coming from behind to the lane assist, I am super happy with it. The F Sport has some giddy-up that is no joke, there are settings you can utilize; Eco, Normal, Sport, and Sport +. Each one has its advantages and disadvantages, but all are top-notch. The interior has a beautiful, sleek design that screams luxury. The only thing it is missing is the panoramic sunroof I am used to. That being said, I am very happy with my purchase.

I bought a 2022_NX 350. Rides great. Seats are really comfortable. My only complaint is that it requires premium gas and I've asked why many times. I've learned most of what I know on my own.

Drives lile riding on cloud so silent that few of my buddies newer 2025 year cars don’t keep up to standards. 20 year old car & nothing squeks in interior

This is my 4th Lexus 460 GX. It seems smaller and there no point using the 3rd row no leg room. What I don't like especially is that you can view everything in your cargo area between the Captain seats. There's no cargo or tonneau cover to hide the cargo. I bought a piece of carpet to hide what could be seen and it continues to fall down.

While it is early, only 350 miles driven, the LC 500 is everything I thought and more. The interior is fantastic and the sharp exterior is something to see in person (Pictures does not do this vehicle any justice). Great handling and quick to accelerate. I had a Corvette person drive the LC and his comment was, "I would buy this car over the newer Corvettes!" Granted that is one person's opinion, but I was floored by his comment. To keep it simple, for the money, unless you're wanting a sports car (Porsche 911 etc...), NO DOUBT this is the best car on the market for the price!!!

Bought this 2017 Lexus RX 350 used. I always wanted one of these vehicles. I am not disappointed. Love how it drives and handles. Love the look. Plenty of room on the interior. My only complaint would be the front seat comfort. My Wife had a Acura MDX and it’s way more comfy. The seats in the MDX have more cushion and just all around more comfortable. One other thing is I wish it had the auto lock feature when you walk away with the key fob. Other than that it’s a sweet ride. Love the V6 and the transmission. Smooth shifting. Ride is soft. Cabin is very quiet. All in all I would rate it 9 out of 10 stars. I would buy it again!!
