This 2021 RX is a great vehicle, everything about the RX is high quality, quiet, quick, smooth, well built. Only complaint is cabin is built so tight that I farted in car at airport parking lot. Came back two weeks later from a trip overseas and it still stunk inside.

Overall, very professional, progressed as a sale should, and they followed through on the details. Car arrived very clean, everything was included as expected. Transport service ran into some issues but they kept me in the loop and went out of their way to get the vehicle to us as quickly as they could (arrived at midnight and the driver still had 1 more stop to make, he was a nice as could be, and had no complaints - that is dedication). We are 180 miles away and Lexus of Naperville will be our new "go to" for Lexus vehicles. Closer dealers are not as transparent, and seem to be in the habit of wasting your time. It is hard to find a dealer that simply wants to sell a vehicle without playing any games. Lexus of Naperville is where you should go - ask for "Brendon" and "AP", they did a nice job. I didn't get a chance to work with her much, but Yvette was also very nice. Zach Paino from "Ship your car safely" was my contact for the transport.

Love this car. Sitting in the driver’s seat is so comfortable. Silky smooth engine. Rides so nice and quiet. We have looked for this color Grecian water for a long time. Wanted no newer than a 2022 because we didn’t want the 4 cylinder. The 3.5 V6 runs so smooth. Would definitely recommend the purchase of this SUV.

The interior is spacious with all the amenities found in other mid-size luxury SUVs. When the windows are all up, it is very quiet. The engine and transmission are very smooth, quiet and powerful. The exterior design is elegant. The braking system is responsive and does not require too much force to adjust the braking distance. Overall, this is an excellent mid-size SUV.

Fantastic SUV. Swiss Army Knife of SUVs. Snow, towing, hauling, groceries, and going to a nice dinner, this SUV does it all. Mine is 2017 Luxury with Driver Assist package fully loaded with tow package and captain's chairs. It is my 8th Lexus (my wife has her 3rd RX 350, my daughter has IS 250, and I have had an LS 460L ($104K car!) and two GX 350s, all loaded. All perfect and zero issues. I live in Ohio and I run Blizzak snow tires in winter. The traction is amazing. The sound system is better than in my LS and it is quieter than the LS. I hated my LS due to tiny trunk and is the only Lexus that did not suit my needs and taste, FWIW. I am 59 and retired aerospace engineer, and will drive my GX until it no longer runs, I no longer run, or there is no more gas to buy. I have been a Toyota/Lexus fanboy for 20+ years. The GX does everything that I want it to do and it does it very well. I enjoy it that much.

Initially all the technology was overwhelming. After getting to know the car, I really like it. I do miss the old push a button radio. You do have to take your eyes off the road to find a specific radio station.

This is my second RX and I’m so happy with the first, I need to get one again. The size is right for a woman, not to high nor low. Perfect for young and the old. Communicated with John Leno from the Schaumburg facility online. John understood my needs and responded quickly with Jeeps to review - after a bit of humming and hawing on my part, I changed my mind to trucks. I found a truck at another facility, John had it tranferred and within 2 days my soon to be truck arrived - and it is a beauty. John was training Matt and they both demonstrated immense knowledge throughout the interaction and I appreciated the ease of communication (not pushy). I cannot comment on the financing portion of the transaction, but closing went just as smoothly with Hubert and his supervisor. WHile impressed with my transaction I was also impressed with the amount of time that was placed on the training of new employees, or employees transferring. While yes my truck need a repair on the fog lights, it is covered under their warranty, I am highly impressed with my experience. From walking in the front door, to having John take my picture of me and my truck with a giant yellow ribbon... every individual at Carmax truly made the buying and trading experience a wonderful experience. I bought my car G80 here when it was Pugi ,and I had service issues with GPS. I was begging to think I made a mistake buying a Genesis. Since Castel took over, they had some issues in the transition. But Castle has changed how I feel about Genesis. I really see them striving to achieve a premium service. Great Job Castle Genesis. Thank you for changing how I feel about my Genesis purchase again. Very comfortable ride and seats, reliable, and great visibility. Love the Mark Levinson sound system, it is excellent! We bought it 10 months ago with 53,000 miles on it and still looks and drives like brand new. I love how whisper quiet it is, no road noise, and there is not a squeak or rattle anywhere in the vehicle. Lexus is definitely in a class of it's own. It is so easy to keep it showroom clean, which makes it still look brand new. When seeing it, no one believes it is 9yrs old.

Salesperson Seth Greene was very patient and understood our objectives. Physical dealership itself was very clean and portrayed the proper image for a Genesis vehicle in my estimation. Had an issue days after purchase and was promptly taken care of by the service manager Ken and Seth. All things considered the experience was good and Seth has provided good follow up and teachings of the vehicle after the purchase.

Bought this 2017 Lexus RX 350 used. I always wanted one of these vehicles. I am not disappointed. Love how it drives and handles. Love the look. Plenty of room on the interior. My only complaint would be the front seat comfort. My Wife had a Acura MDX and it’s way more comfy. The seats in the MDX have more cushion and just all around more comfortable. One other thing is I wish it had the auto lock feature when you walk away with the key fob. Other than that it’s a sweet ride. Love the V6 and the transmission. Smooth shifting. Ride is soft. Cabin is very quiet. All in all I would rate it 9 out of 10 stars. I would buy it again!!

I have driven extensively the previous generation RX and had an opportunity to drive this one in Las Vegas recently. On the positive it’s a Lexus and it will last forever nothing not even anything in Europe like Mercedes-Benz will match a Toyota product for functionality, reliability, and durability on the negative side, the previous generation was more distinctive looking. Lexa seems to be having a 67 stingray to 68 stingray moment like Chevrolet did back in the late 60s with the Corvette in the sense that the older car was superior to the new one but in general, if you need a new midsize luxury crossover, the Lexus RX remains the industry standard .

We love the truck. It drives incredibly smooth, almost too smooth to feel capable off roads.... Yet it is. Gas mileage is poor as expected. Tech is a little behind the times however I'd buy it again in a second. It is so reliable and nice to drive.
