Love this SUV! It's futuristic exterior design caught my attention! Purchased brand new currently has 78,000. PROS: Extremely reliable and comfortable, quick, well-built, faux leather seats (much easier to take care of than leather), Sleek and sporty design, modern - NO wood interior! In 2015 Lexus accomplished what no other car maker ever did - All of their cars received the highest reliability rating! Had many cars and the NX is by far is the best! CONS: Touchy & frustrating mouse pad - jumps all over the place, display screen too small, requires premium gas, old and out of place analog clock.

I love switching between hybrid and sport mode--it's zippy and fun to drive in sport mode, but it's also very efficient and economical in hybrid mode. Extremely comfortable, great sound system, easy to use cruise control--overall just an awesome, awesome care. It is now obvious to me why everyone loves the Lexus brand so much.

My hubby and I just purchased this vehicle a few months ago and were concerned about how old this car was. We were looking for a newer model but our friend owns a dealership and told us that this was the best one on the lot when u compared everything. At 20 yrs old, it didn't have one scratch, the interior was in perfect condition and it only had a 100,000 miles on it so the previous owner only put an average of 5,000 miles per year. We drive it back n forth to work and i do my weekly errands w it. We also own a Toyota Camry, a GMC Sierra 3500, a Toyota Ranger and a Harley Davidson motorcycle but this has been our new go to vehicle and prob will be going forward. U just feel different when ur in an SUV and when its a luxury vehicle like this one, its just top notch. Very easy to drive and park.I did add a rear-view camera. Easy to get in and out,nice hatchback with plenty of space.The most comfortable seats you can buy.Great looking interior,with a easy to read dash board.Mine has a DVD player and a cassette player.Stylish family car not a macho truck like 4 Runner .Peppy engine.Gas mileage not what it is suppose to get even after tune up ! I had to put a few thousand dollars in it including a new catalytic converter.

This is the best and most reliable car I have purchased. It has ample room for passengers, equipment or both and even though it is an older car, it still has a lot of creature comforts that can keep up with newer cars. When I used to take it into the dealership for maintenance (timing belt, etc.), the service managers would tell me to never sell this car because it is overengineered for reliability and the drivetrain will last me well over 500K miles if it is taken care of. As of 2025 I am almost at a quarter million miles and still humming along.

Outstanding quality and extremely comfortable and quite Grand Touring car. So far no reliability issues, and just normal scheduled maintenance, fluid changes at the recommended intervals, and brake pads and tires so far at 62k mlles.

I have always owned a Lexus. This RX-350 is an exceptional vehicle in all aspects except one. The GPS is not optimal. Everything else about the vehicle is great.

A vehicle My family once owned for a bit, back in Champaign, Illinois. It was used for about everything. Shopping, transporting, and going across the country to Florida, where we currently reside in. This is a magnificent car, it should have lasted for a long time to come, but of course, it didn't. It was involved with a criminal Grand Theft Auto, and my grandma from what I remembered, was pulled out and the perp crashed it. It was unfortunate, and I didn't understand what had happened until now. The car wasn't able to be repaired, and only slight repairs had been made. The car was unrepairable, but it still worked. We had sold this vehicle off to another person, I am guessing for other reasons that I am not sure of. I missed this beauty, memories fill me when I think of this family-perfect car. It's like having memories of going to the Grand Canyon and looking down at the scenery. Of course, though, I have never been to the Grand Canyon. I loved this car with my heart, and it stays with me as my childhood self loves it too. Anyways, on details about the car. The car was quite a trip, it performed nicely like it should when it comes to a family vehicle. The interior was leather and quite nice. The exterior was also quite nice, it looked very nice and lovely, quite a delight. Storage is magnificent, and it can store a large bundle of groceries. The backseat space was decent, not perfect though, But that might be because it had been adjusted. The driver seat feels nice and luxurious, with the addition of the steering wheel. Acceleration is decent, it's a luxurious family SUV, not a muscle. I can't remember a lot of things since I was a child when the car wasn't crashed. The A/C was nice, comfortability was also quite nice. If you wanted to have five people in this car, you totally can. Of course, all my reviews are as unbiased as possible. Onto some of the problems. Depending on where you live, and what the climate is, the glass will dislike you and tend to fog or get messy with the window. This could be a safety problem, but just use some chemical formula or product to have a protective screen over it. The seats can have wear and tear if not careful. Another problem is that the buckles or seat belts can be annoying, especially if the person is a big build, but that's a problem with a lot of cars, and that's gonna be common. I will say this with everything, nothing is perfect. Everything should and will have flaws. All we can try to do is to reduce the problems, this applies to just about everything we come across. I am not trying to urge people to buy this, it just doesn't feel right as I wanna get general points across, and it also makes me feel like I did something that isn't really my type of personality. I bought my 2018 Lexus ES350 "previously owned" in 2021. It had 18K miles on it and was Lexus Certified. It now has 30K miles on it and has been a good car for me. I love this car and would buy it all over again. It is a smooth running car and has been reliable. It is a comfortable car with great looks. The only downside is the "unusual" user interface center console control. This model year did not have a touch screen. I have adapted to the big square button used to manipulate the display screen and it's not so bad. Other than that, no complaints so far. I hope Lexus continues to offer the ES350 in the future. It is a classy, reliable car that I intend on keeping for quite some time.

I bought my 08 ES a little over a month ago with 144k on it. So far I am genuinely LOVING this car. I don’t think I’ll ever not drive a Lexus from here on out. I’ve already put almost 2k on it because I just have so much fun driving it! The 272 HP is kinda crazy, it’s very quick! Never drove a car with that much horsepower before so I was shocked LOL. Very comfy to be in and really hard to believe it’s an 08. I have the backup camera so it really makes me feel like I’m in a newer car. Can’t say enough good things. I will be driving this “til the wheels fall off”! Go buy one if you need a “new” reliable ride. You won’t regret it :D
