I am a single mom with 2 children, & when I moved to the Marietta area Greg & his wife trusted me enough to put me in my first car after going thru a terrible divorce. Ever since I moved from Volvo quite a few years ago I have stuck with Lexus RXs. From reading the worst years were w0017 through 2009 and I experienced that after I read about and I also learned that the best years are 2010 through 2015 In terms of suspension tuning and realiability. The best car for the money and AWD is the only way to go!

Bought this car used in 2017 with 111 K miles and put almost 50k on it since then. We’ve had one minimal repair (under $300) since we bought it. With local driving and 3 cross country trips we’ve replaced tires and the battery but this is hands down the most dependable car we’ve ever owned. We’ve thought of replacing it with a newer model but can’t justify it. We LOVE this car!!!

Bought a car from this place about 18 months ago. Leaving a review now because I am looking for another car and immediately checked their inventory to see what they have on the lot and I realized I never left them a review before. So, let me say that while this place doesn't look like much from the road, they have very nice, exceptionally clean, high-end vehicles. The whole process of shopping and buying there was delightful compared to the big dealerships we visited. No pressure, no hassles, no "check with the manager" crap. Best of all their prices beat everyone else in the area. Sadly, I am not seeing what I'm looking for today on their website. But I will continue to check because I would definitely return and purchase from them again (and I live 3 hours away). So if you're looking for a clean, high quality, used car at a good price - without high pressure sales people - this is the place. Ask for Ali!

The only negative thing I can say about this car is that it lacks sportiness in both driving feel and appearance. but other than that, it is simply fantastic. Super reliable, low maintenance costs and drives very well. You simply can't go wrong with an ES350 (or it's lesser cousin, the Toyota Avalon). They last forever!

Had a rx 350 prior to this one I purchased. Got this one used w/ 32,500 on it. Wow what a great ride AWD with snow mode, sport mode, eco mode. Sport mode tends to tighten up the car w quicker steering and tighter suspension. Snow mode is for you know Snow. Eco mode gives it a floating feeling. I also tow my 2200# pop up with ease.

After owning this vehicle for 3 years I have not had any major issues aside for oil changes and preventative maintenance. Everything about owning this car has been a great experience!!

I had a great experience with Ali. Since I live more than an hours drive, I made an appointment with Ali to test drive the vehicle prior to coming in. All of the staff that I encounter were very pleasant. I test drove the car and it ran like a top. Ali answered all the questions that I had pertaining to the vehicle, he encouraged me to have it checked out by a mechanic of my choice. Everything checked out so I purchased the vehicle. I purchased my 2014 RX350 with 14,000 miles on it 5 years ago and have put 73,000 miles on it, mostly all highway and long distance cross states travel. I have kept regular maintenance ie oil changes, tires and alignments and now due some spark plugs. I have never owned a better, more reliable vehicle. 10 out of 10 would do it again.

Purchased 2014 RX 350 used, 17k miles - vehicle has not disappointed me at all. I was initially in the market for a preowned Acura RDX. Visited the dealership Lexus dealership to look at RDX on lot for sale but, ended up taking a look at Lexus and that was it - I am ready for a refresh but, I think the 2013, 2014 and 2015 RX models are classic. My vehicle is x10 years old but, I still love it, now at 156k miles!

I bought this gorgeous new design and plan to keep it for at least 10 years more. The seat belt is designed to touch the body without feeling it and strong enough to support your entire body. It feels like I'm driving on cloud. Last month I left it at the shop, and the company lent us a similar one from 2025. With the difference in updates, it drives no differently than the 2016. Before buying this car, I tested four brands comparable to the Lexus, and it was far superior in comfort and design.

Overall, I love this car. However, I have yet to figure out how the intermittent wipers work. Why did they put a cheesy clock that doesn't work in such an other wise fine car?

Had this car for nearly 10 years..never a problem. Always did simple maintenance. Updated to a 2021..so far even better..ride, quiet and new saftey features..excellent vehicles!!

Thisc is my wife’s car and has about 60000 miles. This is 2024! She doesn’t drive a lot. I’m not in the car very often so I didn’t notice, but the dash has turned to goo. I made the mistake of putting my hand on it and couldn’t pull it off! I am hoping Lexus will understand this issue and fix it for me! Otherwise, I’ve got a crap car now.
