Whole experience was positive from the person who made my appt to the gentleman who greeted me when I drove up and put protective coverings on drivers side. My service manager Jessica was away but she was helpful coordinating a glass company to repair my windshield while my car was in service. Craig Johnson was the service manager who helped me that day. He was very helpful and pleasant and efficient. My car service went as expected and I had my windshield repaired. Check in and check out easy. All in all a great experience and I love my car

I bought the ES 300H Ultra luxury in July 2022. I love the exterior and interior designs. The interior is spacious and comfortable. I had concern about the height of the seats, since I am 6 inches, but the seats are also vertically adjustable and I have never had my head bump into the sealing. So, f anyone is having an issue, they can consider looking for the pushing the knob upwards, without twisting it. I saw some people complain about the speakers online, but I have the Mark Levinsons, and I have no issues. It is advertised for 43-44 MPg, however I am getting 40.7 and I typically driver 1k miles per month. I know a couple of factors are at play, including my driving style. My main issue is that there is a noticeable lag with accelaration, esp on low speeds. I bought my car from Lexus of Tampa Bay at MSRP, and there was no issues with the purchase.

I have always owned a Lexus. This RX-350 is an exceptional vehicle in all aspects except one. The GPS is not optimal. Everything else about the vehicle is great.

I bought my 2018 Lexus ES350 "previously owned" in 2021. It had 18K miles on it and was Lexus Certified. It now has 30K miles on it and has been a good car for me. I love this car and would buy it all over again. It is a smooth running car and has been reliable. It is a comfortable car with great looks. The only downside is the "unusual" user interface center console control. This model year did not have a touch screen. I have adapted to the big square button used to manipulate the display screen and it's not so bad. Other than that, no complaints so far. I hope Lexus continues to offer the ES350 in the future. It is a classy, reliable car that I intend on keeping for quite some time.

Contacted them, They allowed us to put a deposit down till we could drive to purchase the Buick. The car was detailed and ready to go when we arrived, the paperwork was all processed, just needed signatures. Best buying experience ever, with the digital desk top system. It was tpainfree and easy, gave us a USB drive that had all the documents on it. Had The Works performed today. It was my first time using Tallahassee Ford since moving from NY. The website doesn’t let you book online service. The website looks like nothing is available so I called and was able to get an appointment the next day. I was greeted immediately, everyone was polite and on their game! The work was done in 25 minutes to my surprise. As a former owner of an auto dealership up in NY, I can vouch that this is a competent well run business. The facility is clean, I was offered refreshments when I drove up far from what I experienced in NY. (No one at the dealership was aware of my experience in the auto industry). I have driven thousands of autos in my life, I have to say my Ford Edge is the most comfortable, well made auto that I have driven. Nice smooth ride, comfy seats and a solid built auto. Great value for the money! Just update the website to reflect express lane available and give availability for scheduling service online.

This car has met all my expectations, mpg, quality and style. The perfect mid size road car. My only complaint is the trunk space, which understandably is consumed by the hybrid battery
