Bought the RX with 130,000 miles on it and put on only 11,000 miles in the year. It's the, 'wife's' car. We use it a lot on the weekends. Had to replace the rear shocks which really improved an already smooth ride. A spouse complaint is that there is no where to put your sunglasses like you can on the ES. My RX is a 2012 so we do not have a heated steering wheel. Wish we did. Overall, we love the car, and will probably look for another used Lexus!! Smooth ride!

This is my 3rd Lexus, and second RX. Most reliable was my GX470. My RX350, 2016, F Sport is a very nice vehicle. I am disappointed in several common issues: Door lock fail (replaced twice on driver door), water pump fails (common problem), my panoramic sun roof black cover has also failed. I see other owners with the same issues. What is happening to Lexus quality? Maybe still better than most, but I assumed a car manufacturer would improve with time in quality? The issues noted above are common if you search.

Ever since I moved from Volvo quite a few years ago I have stuck with Lexus RXs. From reading the worst years were w0017 through 2009 and I experienced that after I read about and I also learned that the best years are 2010 through 2015 In terms of suspension tuning and realiability. The best car for the money and AWD is the only way to go!

Devon made my rather large repair service as pleasant and easy as possible. Although I do regular maintenance, it seemed everything needed to be done at once. It's too early to see how the repairs hold up. 4 maintenance experience I wish I could have planned for this sooner, I just would have bought a new car from Rich. He's terrific. I bought my 2018 Lexus ES350 "previously owned" in 2021. It had 18K miles on it and was Lexus Certified. It now has 30K miles on it and has been a good car for me. I love this car and would buy it all over again. It is a smooth running car and has been reliable. It is a comfortable car with great looks. The only downside is the "unusual" user interface center console control. This model year did not have a touch screen. I have adapted to the big square button used to manipulate the display screen and it's not so bad. Other than that, no complaints so far. I hope Lexus continues to offer the ES350 in the future. It is a classy, reliable car that I intend on keeping for quite some time.

Lexus will always be a great purchase doesn't matter what you choose. You can't go wrong period I am a previous owner of alexis.E s three fifty, and I am a lexus nx200t owner the gas is pretty much the same. You save on fuel great mileage. Great stability on the road, very quiet drive. Same maintenance as an ES350 my insurance remains the same, even though I have a small SUV you can't beat that. LUXURY ON A BUDGET

So helpful… no tricks.. the price was the price … plus taxes & DMV That was it Khader and Mike are First Class They made something that can be complexed, simple, streamlined and a pleasure. Would definitely recommend and/or go back in the future.

It is just perfect.. Has everything I need .. Great on the road 4 wheel deive.. The interior is red and leather. The size of the SUV is good for me neat and not too big

The UX250h is a great car for anyone looking to get a hybrid and still have something a little sporty. I have the 2019 ux250h f sport for about a year now and average mpg ranges from 32 to 37 depending if I drive more in the city or highway. sport mode has enough pick up to merge into traffic or for spirited driving. The seats are sporty and look amazing. The handling on this car is amazing as well as it is very smooth and quiet. I do love all the spec and safety features it comes with, especially the remote services from the phone app. Many competitors will charge an extra 3 to 8 grand for all the additional safety features within this car. The only down side that the car has would be that the trunk is a little small. But other than that the car has amazing handling, great mpg, great apple carplay and enough pick up for a little fun. if the trunk was a bit bigger, it would probably bethe best hybrid suvs out there.

The car was received in perfect condition, the price was reasonable. The service was top-notch.

The fine gentlemen at NJ Auto Pros really know how to work out a deal! I had very little money as I am on disability due to a series of unfortunate work accidents. I was currently rolling around in a busted up Lincoln continental that looked like it was old during the bicentennial. The boys took my car in as a trade to help offset the cost of the new car. The car really should have been junked however they made me a beyond fair offer for my car. Hope I do not need another car anytime soon, but when I do, I will be calling the boys at NJ Auto Pros. Never a "have to have it" kind of car guy until I saw, researched and drove this car. It's a solid, powerful, and super slick cabriolet that only catches the eye of the passionate. It has a beautiful saddle leather interior with gorgeous wood details and a really good stereo that rivals todays' car stereos. It has strong and silent 4.3 V8 that is top of the list reliable. I bought my 2002 in 2023 and fixed a few things with the audio system and is now a low-mile like-new car. I love driving it when I can and will til I can't drive anymore.

I bought a 2010 lexus sh250s, it had a bad window motor and trunk latch. The owner said is was willing to fix it, if I bought the car. That week the part came in and it was fix immediately. I would definitely buy another car from here . Another thing I didn't deal with any of the b.s you will find at 90% car lot and they didn't have crazy fees !!

I bought a used 2018 NX 300 and I love it. The only drawback is the gas mileage is not good. Overall it’s a classy vehicle.

We’ve owned Lexus cars for the past almost three decades, between ES, LS, RX Andrew note that we moved to the city wanted a smaller SUV. So we opted for this NX300. Meets expectations. It doesn’t have the comfortable plush ride like my LS460, but it’s almost as good a ride as my last three RX350’s in a smaller size. It’s very comfortable for the size and hugs the road well. It’s reasonably quiet for the size.

I recently purchased a truck here, I’m happy with the service they provided. The truck was missing a Jack, I was told by the owner that he would buy one and send it to my address. I was skeptical of his words but to my surprise in two days it was at my home. Way to go! Keep up the great customer service.

I own a 2017 Lexus IS200t Reliability is amazing as long as you keep your oil changes constantly like anyone else should . I do them every 3,000 miles - I got the vehicle with 8k miles I’m at 50k and still running like a champ not to mention converted the suspension to airbags so obviously comfort is out of the picture but even so the vehicle runs amazing - it’s easy to modify and have fun with but overall amazing vehicle

I have had this car for 6 months now and overall I am happy with my purchase. I have not driven it in snow yet- my previous car was a Subaru crosstrek that did well in the snow, I got the AWD UX but it is lower to the ground so we’ll see how it does in comparison. The cup holder/controls situation is annoying. The cup holders are directly in front of the buttons so if you put a cup in there your moving it around to get to the control buttons- annoying. The remote start through the app is spotty for me. It at times takes multiple attempts to connect to get it to start- and not just when im in an area of bad service. The wireless charging which I thought would be useful is not. With CarPlay you have to have your phone plugged into the USB for it to connect. So there’s no point in using the wireless charging. Which also charges very slow. The interior is small and was an adjustment compared to previous cars because I feel the windshield visibility was lower. So far this hasn’t been a problem because there is so many safety features- blind spot, lane keep, cross traffic monitoring. Because of all these my insurance only went up by a few dollars a month when switching. I do not mind the track pad but a touchscreen would be a nice upgrade in the future, and I do agree that the analog clock on the dash is dumb. I did recently hit a trash can that knocked my mirror off. Due to all the special things the mirror had this is estimated nearly $1,000 to fix. Which I think is a lot for a mirror and something that could easily happen. Some models have auto retract mirrors- also would be a nice upgrade in the future. I will say I had a friend replace the mirror and when he disabled it to replace it I got a call from Lexus stating they were alerted there was an issue with my mirror. That kind of prompt service is nice. No spare tire as the car has run flats- I haven’t had any issue yet but we’ll see how annoying that is when the time comes. I do drive a lot but I feel they are frequently calling me saying I need to rotate the tires. I’m not sure if this is a run flat thing or a Lexus thing. But it’s just annoying to schedule every couple months.
